    So my girl wants to try clen..

    Ive been planning on running some clen in the near future and have been sharing all my research with my girlfriend. She wants to give it a go and see how her body reacts to it. My concern is her running habits. She is training for a marathon right now and her long runs every week at this point are 13 miles and climbing each week.

    With clen being a bronchodilator, would it be an overload for her to take it while marathon training?

    She runs in the morning, so could she take it after her run and be ok?

    Also has anyone had any issues with their metabolism being sluggish after running a clen cycle?

    Most miles i ran on clen is 5. I feel it helps me with endurance and breathing.


    Its something you have to try and see whats best for you.


    Hopefully Times Roman sees this. He was a big runner.

    A cyclist just got busted for Clen in the Tour d France last time. So for the endurance part she would need to listen to her body. For myself I run for 20 minutes while on clen no problems. HIIT on the other hand leaves my head spinning. My $.02 have her start with a low dose and slowly up it as she learns what it's doing to her body.

    As for "sluggish" after cycle. Well while on I feel increased endurance and performance so comparing it to off, yeah I guess I'm not as peppy. But it's not lower than normal / pre cycle or anything. Just not as good as when on.

    Thanks man. Did you take it before you ran? Or was there some time between taking it and going for a run?

    Thats true. I didn't even think about a cyclist. I appreciate the reply.

    I was running 120mcg's a day. I did 60 first thing when i woke up then the other 60 about a hour later. It wont matter when you take it for running. The half life is 18hrs i believe.

    I wont run it at night tho, may keep you up.


    Always start at 20mcgs and increase from there.

    when running a marathon, you really shouldn't be messing around with chemicals that impact your metabolism. I understand her desire to lose weight, as my motto is "weight is the enemy" when i used to run.

    Is this a competitive marathon, or is her goal just to get a good time?

    If money isnt a issue i would research gw-501516. Great stuff. No sides. Burns fat. Increases endurance.

    She runs just for fun. She's not trying to qualify for anything, but she tends to take on more of a competitive nature against herself and push for a better time.

    then I'd try to convince her to NOT go with Clen. Very harsh on the body, and for some people, makes them very bitchy. I haven't tried GW (it's a peptide) like the bloke above me mentioned, but it is worthy of consideration as it promotes the very things she is trying to accomplish. The sides are reported to be low, much less than Clen.

    Thanks for the info.. Ill start looking into the gw and see what she thinks about that

    GW is a fairly new peptide, or at least it is fairly new to me and my knowledge of peps.

    Favor? If she does decide to go that route, could you have her sign up as a member, and then have her keep track of her data/progress in a log like many here do? I don't think we have a GW log yet, and i would be very interested to see how that turns out for her.

    If she decides to go for it, I'll definitely have her keep a log! I'm going to do some research tonight and talk to her about it and see how she feels. Hopefully we can have a log goin soon! Thanks for all the help

    My wife wanted to try it so i gave her one of my , clen pens. She sprayed it once and missed her mouth making half of her bottom lip swell up for a week. Lol. She is now afraid of clen. Not because of jitters or anything but because she doesnt want another fat lip.

    Clen is great when used properly and by that I mean a proper diet. If she goes into it like I did my first time by not dieting correctly there are no results. I am not saying she would just want to get my story out in the open as a lesson to everyone.
    Also drink plenty of water like a gallon a day to prevent cramping and take taurine to help wiht the liver.
    If the dosage you are buying is 60mg per ml she should start at 20ml each day until she sees how she is handling the sides. The biggest sides are the jitters and cramps. Taking a potassium pill and water will help prevent that. After two weeks stop wait 2 weeks and start again. If she wants to during the 2weeks off she can take caffine pills to keep the energy level up. Or even the eca stack then hit the clen again. Hope that helps.

    It definitely helps. I appreciate the info. How much taurine would you reccomend with it?

    We just bought the bottle of tabs from GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and you take one a day. The potassium tabs we bought at Sam's Club because it was 500 tabs for less then $10.

    i just want to throw out there that i use clen at a low dose of 40mcg when i go on my mountain bike treks and i find it to be most usefull in allowing me to go long distances a lot of times uphill over some hardcore terrain and without it i dont fell i could sustain endurence wise as i am on 600mg of tren per week...i guess the point im makeing is although clen is nothing to take lightly as its a strong compound, i feel taken in low doses it can be quite effective in allowing peeps to endure highly taxing(to the cns and body in general) activities, due to the dialation of the lungs(cant find a bad side in being able to take in more air per breath
    )...so maybee let her experiment with a low dose before a run so she can gauge weather its for her or not...
