Ive been planning on running some clen in the near future and have been sharing all my research with my girlfriend. She wants to give it a go and see how her body reacts to it. My concern is her running habits. She is training for a marathon right now and her long runs every week at this point are 13 miles and climbing each week.
With clen being a bronchodilator, would it be an overload for her to take it while marathon training?
She runs in the morning, so could she take it after her run and be ok?
Also has anyone had any issues with their metabolism being sluggish after running a clen cycle?
