Hey I a 23 year old male, 5'8.5 and 170 pounds. I have already done one cycle which lasted about 10 weeks and I was doing Deca 250 mg per week while also taking 250 mg of Test E per week. I went from 175 to 197 during that period. I have recently dropped back down to 170 by using a thermogenic, proper nutrition and cardio I did this to get more cut up and defined. I am an aspiring fitness model/bodybuilder and want to gain some serious mass and strength this time around I would also like to gain more muscle than fat. What is the best cycle for gaining strength and size. I would appreciate any help or advice I can get thanks!
