    Need advices. Not wrong advices

    Hi guys. I work out religiously. I competed in natural body building in 98 99 Now Im older, 38 and just finalizing a hostile divorce. I wanna look at my peak as I walk back out into the singles market. I did a bottle of winstrol a few months ago At a low dose 1/2 a cc every other day. Wow did I feel amazing. My strength went through the roof and looked great until it was gone. When I came off the winny I felt like crap. No pump aching muscels and low energy made it hard to workout. I would greatly appreciate any advice on bow to avoid this the next time and keep some gains. Is winny a bad choice for me? And should I stack something else with it? And how do you beat the "come off blues".

    Well unless I missed something, this should be simple. Winny is a poor choice when done alone. You should certainly stack it with test. Stack everything with test and take an AI on cycle to control estro. Then you need to perform PCT so that you recover from being shut down. If you havent cycled since the late 90's, and assuming your stats (which I would like to see) are appropriate for cycling, you should run Test only and don't bother stacking anything.

    Good advice above. Spend some time reading all the stickies. Then read them again. Spend time lurking here and you will learn alot from some very experienced people. Also, go out and get some good basic BW done that includes a full hormone panel, Sensitive Estrogen Assay, LH/FSH, Vit D, etc. It's always a good idea to have your baselines as a form of measurement. You can go to www.lef.com and search up their comprehensive male hormone panel. Also start supplementing with vit D3 if your not already. Arguably the best supp you can take to improve your Free T.

    Sorry to hear about the divorce. Spend some time getting everything in order for a test only cycle. Make sure you have the gear, syringes and pct is in order. Most of all diet and exercise routine as well. Look forward to hearing about your progress.

    My first cycle ever was with Winstrol only. I was much younger than you when I did this though and while I was too young in retrospect to be using steroids I had a fairly good experience. It was a low amount, 50mg/eod for right at 6wks. Strength went up a pretty good bit. Lost a little body fat but wasn't really trying to. I don't know what I was trying to do, I just wanted to take steroids. Anyway, I felt a little tired after the whole thing was done but bounced back pretty quick. I ran a very small PCT too, 3wks of Nolva (I don't remember how much).

    Like the other guys said, a little test would be a good thing to add in. You could easily run your winny again and a low TRT dose of testosterone and you'd be a lot better off. Based on the results you're wanting, I'd keep the test dose mild. I'd also plan on a PCT if you're going to be off for awhile after this cycle is over. As for an AI, I don't think it would be necessary for this plan. There's not enough estrogenic activity to warrant it. Now, an AI would help tighten you up a little more, but on such a low dose of test it's not necessary for side effect prevention and might actually drain you just a tad.

    Iron welcome to the board bro. Like austinite says, I'd also recommend a Test only cycle. If you go short ester'd Test like Test Prop you'll do an 8 week cycle but you have to jab yourself every other day. If you do a long ester'd Test like Test Enth you'll run a 12 week cycle but you only jab yourself twice a week. I like the shorter ester because your body holds less water and I get faster results.
