First Cycle Ever - What do you think?

After much research below is what my first cycle ever will look like...what do you think? First I'm 48 y/o male, don't know bf% but not fat about 175#'s, 5'11" and over all very good health. I found this from another user and think it will work for me but am looking for some of the experts out there advise.

Test e 250mg every 3.5 days . Armidex start at .25mg eod adjust as needed. Look into hcg for your cycle. run clomid throughout pct.
Novla 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50

Im no expert but I think your pct should start 2 weeks after your last pin on enanthate . And for the 4 weeks after it should be Nolva 40/20/20/20 and Clomid 100/50/50/50. I would even up your test to 400 or even 500 mg a week, but like I said, this is just what I have learned over the course of my readings, I'm sure one of the many knowledgable members will weigh in shortly

Good catch on pct strat time. Test e 15 days after last pin. He's listed 600mgs per week.I suggest 500mg per week

Sorry, that's my bad. I seen the 300 and didn't add the 2. I guess 1000mg a week would be a little excessive, lol.

Oh I know I agree completely 300-500 mgs is the base start point on a first cycle.

After more research and your help, I've updated what my first cycle should look like. Now I just need to figure out how to measure 250mg from a 300mg per dose bottle. lol

250/300 = .833 therefore you need to take .83mL or as close to that as you can. 3cc syringes are usually pretty easy to measure that up with. Go between the .8 and .9 lines on the barrel
