    Anavar plus test plus bold

    I'm on a 3 week cycle with anavar about 30mg per day to help me cut and I already lost 4 Kg. I'm lean enough now.

    So now I want to gain muscular mass but I'm undecided between test enanthate or boldenone . By my research in a cycle test is essencial, but boldenone I tried it and it gave me more strength, that's why I'm in doubt.

    Or should I had both? What about the anavar? Should I stop with it when I start taking test or should I continue it to help me not storing so much fat?

    what are your stats?

    I find it very hard to believe you lost 4kg of b/f in 3 weeks on 30mg of var, either your weigh in is off due to any number of reasons or there is other factors at play that you dont realise

    you need to structure a cycle. not just take this for a few weeks then i might jump on this.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Stats: 77,4 KG
    16.6% bf
    42% Muscular mass
    60% water

    About planning a cycle I was planning 8 weeks on var, but I got the results faster than what I expected, so I'm going to start building muscular mass.

    you dont need to change chemicals for different goals. change your diet.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    how you work that out? if your body was getting sufficient nutrients then your stats would be alot better, they pretty poor at moment to be honest (no offense just pointing out your diet IS lacking)

    I work that out because my strength hasn't inscreased in 1,5 months

    My diet is very good at the moment. I could drop to 13% body fat but then I would look very small, which I don't want. I'm good with this bf, I can't increase my lean mass, so I need something that will help store protein.

    You arent getting it, you are NOWHERE near you genetic limit, if you cant gain its down to diet and/or training, if you dont have this sorted then all the weight you gain on cycle (if any) WILL fall back off as soon as you remove steroids from the equation

    These are facts, accept them or dont but thats the way it is

    Dan's right, your not getting the results you want because of your diet or training or a combo.
    Its not that you cant store my protein. Thats rubbish
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Diet, diet, diet. I lost on var too but I also added about 7-10 lbs lean mass and a good amount of strength. I started at 50 mg day but upped it to 100 mg and saw a lot better results. Of course split them twice ed.

    Storing protein? More strength from boldenone than test? And you lost 4kg in 3 weeks?

    Methinks you need a good blood-letting to rebalance the 4 humours in your body and align your chakras. (why not, it's as plausible as the rest of what you just posted)
