    need advice for 2nd cycle, first cycle didnt go so well

    im getting ready for my second cycle and i dont want to just jump right into it. i wanna get some professional advice this time around. my first cycle was test prop and npp, was more of a cutting cycle. my question is what could i stack that would be best for mass and best for ability to keep gains? from what i've read, ability to keep gains depends on quality of muscle and the duration it takes to put on that muscle. the longer it takes to put on the size the easier it is to keep.(is this true?)

    Hey Robert. As I am also fairly new to AAS, I am no expert. But what I have found in my experience with Test P, I learned to bulk with quality calories, carbs and protein. Basically diet in general. The exact same goes for cutting. In 8 weeks, I basically just learnedand didntexpect too much of one certin thing. I cut first and bulked second. It was only an experiment, but it was fun to learn more about my body and how test effects it. Good luck and get some great advice from these guys.

    Simple answer to your question. You can stack test with food to give you the desired effect your looking for pumpkin.That simple ask anyone here.
