    Im new tothis site. Way using another one but people were very rude lol
    Could some one tell me some info on test or d balls. I wanna gain muscle mass
    As well as keeping my stomach
    Small. I used d balls a couple years ago and just made me blotted haha . Let me know what
    Kind of cycle i should start to gain it. Thanks manggg

    I think you will find all the answers you want here just research, but most ppl here going to be honest and tell you, it would be best to wait till your 26 before you cycle. Your body will be more ready then. How long you been training, what'd your stats.

    Training 5 days on 2 off. My diet is good and
    Been doin it for about a year now.getting ok results. I was thinking of takin either test 300
    Or deca. I wanna gain some more muscle mass. Thanks for the quick reply tho man. Everyone else on the other site

    Test or deca? Come on pumpkin you need to spend some time doing research here. Test only for your first cycle.. Educational tread above is a good place to start. Look into ai's , hcg, and pct. Put something together post it and ask for critic. Welcome

    Clarke your still a bit young and need to wait for your HPTA axis to reach maturity, as referenced above. You can make amazing gains just by working on your diet as well as training. Many people "think" they eat enough and properly but they really don't. Visit the nutrition forum and spend some time there. It is always best to max out your natural potential before delving into AAS, IMHO.

    I know test for first cycle. Some retarded friends tried to convince me to do deca. Wasnt really leaning towards it
    Jst wanted to learn a little more about it .My diet chicken fish n salad. Not many calories. I lost about 20 pounds the last 2 n a hlf months. I was a ****n chubby.all in my stomach. Dam gut os gone now haha Way to much fast food n beer lol protien in the morning and protien after training. Im taking 1MR pre work out thats about it

    When you get on AAS you're going to gain quite a bit of strength and size. Sir Newton said that to every action there is an equal but opposite reaction. There are going to be side effects during your cycle. Some have it worse than other. There are too many young guys with limp units that wished that they didn't cycle too young. Some get gyno, some get acne, some lucky guys get them all. Don't take that chance. Wait, and train naturally. Give yourself a few more years.

    Listen to these guys here dude they been there, why not try eating more and grab a quality weight gainer, you will be surprised how much muscle you will put on. If you can't do that just research the site and all the info is here.

    I'll tell you an ex
    I had when I was 21 I wanted to start bodybuilding, back than they had a program called cybergenics, I went from 180 to 205 first time doing it. That's in a 60 day, cycle it was a brutal workout with giant sets to include forced reps, negs to failure. I had to eat like 5000-6000 cals but it was worth it. People in the gym thought me and my bro was on gear and we was not. Here is the workout get a partner, eat like crazy use a weight gainer, creatine. Trust me it will be like you on gear and a hell
    Of a lot safer. The workout takes about 2 1/2 hrs but you won't need no cardio with this trust me you will be big and ripped. But it takes guts to do this. Try it good luck.

    At the time I was getting half cal from a joe weider weight gainer, the rest were mostly all clean. A lot chicken breast, brown rice, tuna fish, a lot eggs I think I was eating a dozen a day, half was just the whites.and milk I was drinking a gal a day. Take in mind with this workout you going to burn it all off trust me it's brutal. But it's a fun workout you will notice the pumps are out of this world, I still use it occasionally just not as easy at my age. You must have a dependable partner. On the diet I am using muscletechs mass-tech it has the calories you need and has your creatine and a lot of other goodies in there. I get it online it's expensive with only 17 servings but well worth it. Has some good carbs in it to. Good luck lets us know how it goes, glad to see you took these guys advice, they know.

    haha i remember that. I bout it also. i was probably 15 at the time. The owner of the company lived like 5 mins from me

    Lol yea but that crap worked if you followed it, Me and my brother did two cycles I started after military I was 180 after second cycle I was 225 with low bf,you have to be careful cause I ended up in hospital due to bf being so low, that sucked, lol but a learning exp
