I had when I was 21 I wanted to start bodybuilding, back than they had a program called cybergenics, I went from 180 to 205 first time doing it. That's in a 60 day, cycle it was a brutal workout with giant sets to include forced reps, negs to failure. I had to eat like 5000-6000 cals but it was worth it. Of a lot safer. The workout takes about 2 1/2 hrs but you won't need no cardio with this trust me you will be big and ripped. But it takes guts to do this. Try it good luck.
