    New to all this need some advice and help

    Well im 20 years old, weight about 135, i was 150 but stop going to the gym, im about 5'8'', i trying to get on an anabolic , a legal steroid , dont know which one to go with, something that will give me the best results, and the least side effects, some advice please

    you dont need anything you just need to get back in the gym and eat
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Gym, train, eat from diet section 6 times a day! Sleep 8 hours.Good luck John

    get off the computer, go to the kitchen, cook 2x steaks, and 1kg (2.2 pounds) sweet potatoes, eat that, repeat every 3 hours or as needed. also get back to the gym.

    The thing about AAS is that you gotta be on the path to being fit/strong/big, whatever goal you want, before AAS can help you. AAS is not magic. It will only increase the velocity to your final goal. The guys are telling you to get started and then when you're well on your way you can look at AAS. Don't use AAS as a crutch.
