three days a week will keep levels more constant
So shoot like .7ml per shot or should I just bump it up to 750mg so I don't have to pre-load my syringes and risk infection.

If it's your first cycle then 750mg a week might be too much. How much do you weigh?
i wouldn't be too worried about infection if you preload the syringe, provided you fit it with a clean needle before doing the second injection.
If it's your first cycle I'd stick to a single estered test.
If your set on using sust then I'd say split it up 3x per week like stated above.

I'm running sust @ 750/wk in my 2nd cycle now, weighing 205.

My opinion, if your running that much sustenon your wasting it. You dont need to run that much. At the very most id say 500mg! Like every 5 days do a shot. Mix some deca, and some orals for some superb results.
I only use one every 7 days, with some deca and orals and get fantastic weight and strength gain. Maybe 400/450mg total of everything.
Everyone is different though, you know your body and how it reacts better than everyone else..

Yea, 750 is way too much for a first cycle. Stick with 500mg a week.

i totally agree with XWhiteDenali.
when i first shot sust i did it eod including weekend days. i got major water retention. when i do them again soon (omnadrons - almost the same thing), i'm only running 2 a week.

Well, I took my 3rd shot of sust today. I'll be running it W,F,Sun 250mg in each shot every week (750/wk total + 400/wk eq and 30/ED dbol). I'll keep you posted Mr. Burns on my results with this dosage and if I think it's overkill.
i'm guessing it will be close to overkill but you let me know. it was my first cycle so i know it was overkill for me. good luck bro. i'll keep you posted when i get my shit in. i'll take pics of my gear too and post em.

well because of the short chain esters in sus i used to think eod was better, but IMHO, i think 2x for 500mg/ew is enuff..eod is only really good at 750 mg/ew to take adavntage and keep blood serum levels high.. but bottom line, wether u injext 3x, 2x, or eod, SUSTANON WILL GIVE YOU SICK RESULTS......im jus wonderin why you dont throw some deca and d-bol in there or EQ to harden that mass, its hard ot keep all of the gains you get from a sus cycle alone, i mean if you gain 25 lbs on the cycle you will prolly end up with around 15 or 10 lbs of mass in your post cycle but throw in deca/d-bol you will keep like 20 lbs of the 25 lbs.... hope this helps out....peace !
2x per week is fine. 3x would prob be better, but its impractical to split open amps that way. go with 2x if you have amps, 3x if you have vials.
500 sust alone is plenty for you first cycle.
