Hcg usage

Read the sticky fact, also some other sites about hcg . The stick said to run it for the last 4 weeks of cycle but that just doesn't match up with anything else I read, an doesn't seem right to me.

Can someone give me the low down on it?

I figure I would run it thought out the whole cycle at 250iu's every 4 days....... 10 week prop 500mg/wk

250ui's e/4 days is kinda low. and start using it when the HCG is really needed i.e. 3-4 weeks of cycle when your testicles start to shrink.

Use it from the start. dont wait for noticable atrophy, by then the damage is already done.
