    need new places to pin

    just started another tren cycle. pinning every day sux! haha i need some new spots to shoot. right now im hitting quads, delts, and ass.

    i was thinking pecs, calves, and bi's but im not sure where on them i should hit to stay clear of veins and nerves.

    bi's and tries are easy.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    yup that wasnt bad. now lets see if im able to move my arm tomorrow.haha

    I have sust 400mg. I bet that stuff will feel nasty in a smaller muscle.

    Traps. Delts. Lats. Glutes. Maybe quads. Sub Q in abdomen for H. That is all.

    Throw Bi's and Chest in your rotation. I tried Chest for the first time and now use it all the time!

    bi u have to avoid teh big vein and then there is a little one too. should be able to see them, just dont poke them!! haha

    hahaha yeah it's starting to get that good ol hurt. not too bad though.
    thanks for the tips and i guess ima stay the hell away from calves.hahaha
    last cycle i was getting some nasty scar tissue because i didnt have enough spots to hit. NOT THIS TIME. learned my lesson. hitting every damn muscle i can.ha!
