need more info
hey guys been lifting for about 2 years i got a good base of size i did try winstrol and anadrol for a cycle this past year. after reviewing this forum which is the best btw it was a poor decison. i want to get more bigger and ripped what cycle is the best to obtain those kind of results? maybe test with something else?

well im 5 foot 11 210lbs
squat:315 for 6 reps
deadlift:325 for 5 reps (checked today)
bench:250lbs
my diet consots of lean protiens also supplement with CLA and hydrowhey i do the intremint fasting where i fast for 12-16 hrs then heat for 8 hours i rarely eat bread and drink milk i also dont eat rice so carbs are really non exsistant. i dont have a set diet plan i jus eat quality foods and drink lots of water i also use jack3d

Cycle wise, Id say test only. But you got to make sure to listen to these guys about the diet. It would suck to get "big" and lose everything at the end, or just not get much even on cycle. Id say get the diet in order for what your planning first, then decide if AAS is the route you want to take. And YIKES to that first cycle!

You have to have carbs buddy. Go to the nutrition section and get help. At 21 you don't need aas. You can make great gains with food. If your not eating. Carbs or fats your missing out

hey guys thanks for the reply and yea im gonna consume for carbs fats i consume eating almonds and using olive oil but im also looking into gear to accelerate results. should i wait a year?

i mean i would wanna do another cycle nd try to accelerate my results i am consuming more carbs now adding brown rice nd wheat bread

well ill tell u today for example since im fasting i eat at night so
meal1:whole chicken with cole slaw and salad
meal 2: protien shake before i workout
meal 3: post workout shake with peanut butter a teaspoon full and banana
meal 4: chicken breast and salad
all these meals u drank a couple cups of water as well and all of them were in a 8 hour window

Bro listen to wat the guys are telling YOU! Hit the diet section post your diet w/macros.They will help you get big.And at 21 you are really to young.You can really mess yourself up bad.Read the young and steroids thread.

Test Prop + an AI, i could mention a hundred other options but this is the easiest.
Yeah i eat carbs all day long, but i also use DNP everyday to try take care of the extra calories lol
