Speed it up!!
Is there any way to speed up a test only cycle? On week 2 and getting itchy. I want to add this micro creatine that I got before my gear came in. Worried about water weight tho.. any suggestions out there would be appreciated.

no. Cyp takes time. just be patient. Shouldnt be a problem taking creatine. Just don't do what most 1st timers do and start adding oral AAS. Give it time. Just keep eating, training and sleeping.

I knew you guys would say that. Lol. I wouldn't waste my $$ or liver on them. I'm going to start loading my creatine tomorrow then. Maybe just add a bit more cardio just incase...

The only possibility is to frontload, but its too late for that.

not a fan of long cycles so i just front load...
also, i have never understood that "test takes time" stuff - no matter how long i use anything, i get huge gains in first weeks and nothing later...
longest cycle i have had was 12 weeks... gained 90% of weight in first 4 weeks... 10% on next 4 weeks... waste of money from around week 6 till week 12 in my case.

The pros didn't grow over night. It took time. This is a marathon, not a sprint to the finish.

one of the biggest reasons people quit this sport is they get impatient. they get frustrated when they don't get the gains as quickly as they think they should.
me? I've been doing this awhile, and I know how long things take. I expect them to take a certain amount of time. So I just do my thing and not worry abouut it too much.
Just settle down mate, be patient, and keep lifting. If everyone could look like Ronnie in 6 months, then there'd be a shiit load more "Ronnie's" out there.
Think of it this way. After you've been doing this consistantly for a few years, it will show. And you will have the confidence of knowing you've earned it with your blood and your sweat. Then YOU will be the one telling others to be patient, it will come, just keep lifting.
Hang in there mate!

Couldn't have said it better! As usual, Times is on.
But to answer your question: The creatine is fine and i suggest using it. Also, if you get some prop to run EOD @ say 100mgs EOD, for the next 3 weeks, you will be well on your way.
And don't waste your money on this micro creatine! I'm so sick and tired of these companies prying on people that don't any better! Go get yourself some mono, the cheapest, and be happy. It's all the same trust me on this. I only use Vitamin Shoppe's brand and it works as well as the others. Don't fall for all that marketing BS!

I think I told you in one of your original posts to be patient. It killed me the first few weeks and I found myself getting frustrated and questioning my gear. I woke up during that 5th week and felt like a totally different person. I actually called a couple friends and kept telling them I couldn't believe how I felt. It will come man and when it does HOLD ON!!! This is the exact reason I'm going to switch to prop and the fact of shorter cycles. Keep us posted!!
