    Cool 3rd cycle, looking for strength gains, what suppliments to use?

    Hey guys! this will be my 3rd Cycle, and im looking to focus on strength gains! dropping fat weight and putting on mass will be secondary objectives. i am wondering what gear would be better for this. Firstly Stats
    Age: 25
    Height:6ft 3in
    Weight: 230pds
    Bf: about 12-15% (estimation)
    Training experience: 7 years (constantly)
    Cycle experiance: 2 Test E cycles, first one for 12 weeks at 400mg a week, second at 500mg for 10 weeks.
    PCT: Tamox, Clomid, Arimidex , GHRP-6
    Cycle Diet: got all my macros sorted, and will be posting it up once i sort out my gear (one question tho how much should i exceed my harris benidict by if i want strength gains but not allot of mass?)

    Now im after something that will not stay in my system for any longer than test e (3 months)for drug tests, the shorter the better, i dont mind stacking, and i will be doing ghrp-6 as my pct commences and into post cycle to try and keep all the gains!

    is there anyting better than just good old test e out there? or should i just stick with test with a shorter esther? is ti worth going over 500mg p/w?

    What about adding an oral?I hear anadrol is known to give the best strength gains for an oral, followed by D-bol and anavar .

    yeah that sounds like a good idea, ill go away and look them up, would you stack with 400mg of test e or 500mg? also do u know the detection times? for drug testing?

    Anavar is a few weeks, anadrol a couple months and d-bol up to 6 mos.

    Dosage between 400 mg and 500 mg probably won't notice much difference. I'd go with whatever got you the best results in your previous cycles.

    yes good LBM results, but not so much in strength, which is what i am after, yes i agree diet is key (80% diet 20% training), can i maintain my Harris benidict and still gain strength? or do i need to exceed it to put on the muscle that gives me the strength? if so by how much? as i dont want on put on to much mass if i can help it.

    yeah i found the 500mg for a shorter period more effective, so ill run with that, ill look into Anadrol, what kind of dose do you recomend with a 500mg test e base?

    2 years ago, around this time, then last year at this time aswell. lots of time for recovery :-), i just love training my heart out in the spring (southern hemisphere) for some reason.


    I guess what i am really asking with this thread is, is there any particular cycle that is focused towards strength gains? if so what is it? or is the cycle i have previously (test e) done equally geared towards putting on strength as mass?and i just need to do more strength exercises in the gym?

    Not sure about you but I always get impressive strength gains from any Test. Test would be the go to here. If you've done 2 cycles of long ester maybe exercise the idea of trying prop and see how that goes for you? If not you could possibly add some d-bol in the first 4 weeks of your Test E cycle, personally I'm not a fan of d-bol.

    Are you not getting the strength gains you're looking for with Test alone? I just find it a little surprising that you're not content with the strength gains that Test alone provides!

    its not that im not content with test, i love the results from it, i just want to make sure what im doing is optimal for strength gains, yes i did gain strength, and a good amount of strength with my first 2 cycles, but with that strength came allot of mass, mass which i do not really want this time around. Does that make it any clearer?

    I suggest prop as test is the best. I know it sounds like a broken record but i won't lie to you as most of us here won't either.

    That being said...Research Anavar as an alternative.

    You want strength and no mass gains? Try eating a caloric deficient diet to cut and you will still have outstanding strength gains!

    so what you guys are saying is test is the best and its all about the diet... *facepalm*, that i already knew, guess i was just searching for some wonder drug that i had not heard of before!
