Question about starting a cycle and Insanity Workout
Thought I would ask a question to the people on this forum. I am 39yrs old 5'8" 215lbs. I always have been built stocky but would like to tone up. I bought the Insanity Workout program and will start in about a week. (I wanted to see what some of you thought first) I have read a lot about stacks/cycles and what each one does, but was always scared based on the steroid hype. I was was wondering if there was one that someone would recommend for a hard Cardio Workout (oral or injection) I am not looking to get big, just something to help lose the weight, tone, and get a little bigger. I have a friend that did injections, but he didn't do them for long and mainly lifted with little Cardio. He looked great but that not what I am looking for. Any advice would be nice and well received, thanks in advance.

The norm for a first cycle is test only but IMO diet may be your problem post your diet in the nutrition section for advice steroids is not a quick fix for what it's worth

^^ this
for what its worth i started at 37 yrs 5'9" 213lbs. i would say i was stocky build too (and still am) but i was also fat. 22%body fat to be exact. that insanity workout looks like itd be a good workout but it also looks like a lot of unnecessary work. u could achieve similar results with weightlifting and moderate cardio without having to kill urself every day.
the biggest obstacle is DIET. if ur diet is not rite it doesnt matter what u do.
diet man... DIET

Seriously? There is no reason to cycle for what you are wanting to accomplish.
