Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my thread and for possibly helping me design my Helladrol cycle!
I am 27, 6' and 182 lbs. I was 195 about 2 months ago, but wanted to hit 180 before starting. I have worked out for 8 months now. Worked out for a few years before that, but due to an injury I had to stop for a while and then just fell off the horse.
My goal for the Helladrol cycle is to put on LEAN mass and maybe lower my bodyfat to around 10-12%. I am at 16% right now. Is a ketogenic diet okay while on the cycle to make sure I stay lean and to minimize bloating while allowing gains?
I also have liquid Albuterol on hand. Is it SAFE to use it while on cycle to try and help with remaining lean. If it is I would run it at 2x6mg/day (12mg/day). Or would this lead to unstable/unsafe blood pressure or anything else?
I have MrSupps Helladrol and I would like to run a Helladrol cycle for 6 weeks at 75/100/100/100/125/150.
I have Letrozole, Nolvadex, and Clomid in liquid form on hand. I have a mild case of gyno from puberty which isn't too noticeable and I want to be sure I am very well protected from flareups or anything like that so I am wondering if I should run Letrozole at 2.5mg/day throughout the cycle and for several weeks AFTER the cycle is over along with Clomid for PCT? Will the Letrozole diminish the gains from Helladrol?
I'll list my supplements that I have on hand right now. Please select what you would recommend I use. Some overlap one another, but that's just because I buy a lot of stuff off Amazon out of sheer boredom.
