Really confused after reading up on it for days , someone please explain

I am going to start my first PCT I have 2 bottles of HCG 5000 ius each , clomid 70ml 35mg/ml and nova 50 ml 20mg/ml

my problem is I dont know the best way to take them ......all together , hcg first , and how much / how often / how long on each

Ive read to pct section and just cant get a solid idea of how to do it ........

What are u cycling?
In general hcg during cycle 250iu twice a week
And nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50 post cycle
But it depends on the half life of the compound ur using as u start ur pct when level drop in ur blood like test e 2 weeks post cycle etc...

i was taking test 800 a week with 100 mg of clen ed and .25 eod of letro ....... i started a new compnany and I lived there for the last 8 weeks , that was about 4 weeks into my cycle ......so i kinda stopped cold turkey , I know its not the best thing to do , but it happend now trying to make up for it .........unless anyone has better ideas, im open to all ???

You waited over two months to start pct? Don't be thinking about your next cycle you need to research a lot more and try to recover before you ever dablle with aas again

Feel ok , maybe a lil sluggish , I noticed sex drive is way down and duration of erections is also down .....

im just trying to get myself back to "normal" then go back on with a better cycle now that store is up and running

I didnt really plan it that way ......new business came up and took every second of my time , i literally lived there getting it started ......now that its running on its own I am able to have the time I need to get back at it , Im trying to recover from what happend , with a PCT .....I just dont know how to use it correctly , thats the help Im asking for
