Making sure my cycle is corrrect

Hi,I have Sust 250 ,Deca ,and winstrol injectable
I was going to hold off on the sust for now since its my first cycle.I was going to do 200 mg per week of the deca,and 50 mg of the winstrol 2x per week.I have nolvadex on hand and clomid for pct 50 mg ed for 2 weeks after three weeks off gear.One of my questions is do I take the deca all at once or split it in two during the week?Also looking for feedback on the sust250 should I use it or not and if so 250 mg per week all at once or split I have a 10 week supply.any help or changes would be greatly appreciated.I have done alot of research but I get a lot of conflicting advice.
my stats are as follows 33 yrs old,195lbs.14%bf been lifting for 6 years

1. Yes you need Test
2. Deca needs to be a higher dose for results
3. Winny needs to be taken every day because of short half life
4. Clomid needs to be taken 300mg day 1, 100mg 10 days, 50mg 17 days
5. sust is best shot EOD but you could swing twice a week. It would be best to get another Test like Enan or Cyp.
Layed out like this:
Wk1-10 500mg Sust
Wk1-10 300mg Deca
Wk8-13 50mg Winny ED
Clomid starts 2 days after last winny administration

Save the deca and winny for another cycle. Go with 400-500mg of test a week. If you don't have the sus yet get some enanthate or cypionate , it'll keep blood levels steadier, sus to get the most out of it needs to be injected eod.

Thank you ,but on the sust it comes in a 250 mg amp how do I split it,same with the deca should I take 2 150 mg jabs during the week or all at once.It looks like with the winstrol I will be pretty jabbed up .

Deca dosed with that-150mg Mon/Thurs

Winny can be taken orally if your not keen on ED injects

more test ,more deca , save the winny. take at least 500mgrs test and 300 mgrs deca for your first.i made the mistake on my first cycle of taking 200 mgrs a wk of test wish i would have taken 500.did take 400 mg of deca though.and you dont have to take winny ed take it eod works very good.i have done winny only ,mon/wed/fri and gained 10 lbs in 4 weeks.i am on this now and already up 8 lbs in 3 weeks.
