    cutting while on dbol?

    i is it possible to cut on dbol, i wanna run it last 4wks of my 12 week test e cyle. but i am going to focus more on some higher rep fuctional compound exercises, i.e olympic weight lifting, plyo for fast twitch, HIIT,sprinting those last few weeks. Right now i am trying to bulk, would it be better to run last 4 weeks of 8 wk bulking portion then try to cut. 500-600 mg/wk test E. I run AI

    No problem cutting on Dbol. Don't bother with higher rep exercises. keep doing your reps in 8-12 range. Decide weather you want to bulk or cut, you say you are currently bulking. Last four weeks is hardly a length of time to do a cut regardless of current condition. Your main thing to change weather you are cutting or bulking is your diet. Lots of cardio is also advisable.

    I should clarify, it will be hit 5x5 circuit, not going light at all, trying to train overall explosiveness opposed to bb last 4wks. Cardio is taken are of. Are you saying run a caloric deficit, or just changing macros?

    Well what are your goals. Seems you want to achieve too many different things. Are you cutting? Bulking? Training for performance?

    I am ultimately training for athletic performance, but I wanted to put some extant mass on before I get into the functional HIT stuff to really focus on overall strength and explosiveness. I'm 14%bf right now, I would be happy putting on 15lbs of mass and 12% bf. I hope thats achievable.

    If you just want explosiveness and performance, body fat and muscle should just be a by product. Eat clean and enough to fuel your body to train. Cutting diet will greatly reduce performance with regards to explosiveness and power. So cutting is out of the question.
