    2nd cycle

    Still basically a newb, Been thinking long and hard about 2nd cycle whilst recovering from injury (I'm good now) In fairly good shape 5'10, 190lbs, bf 15. Kind of got a fleshy appearance would like to tighten up, i.e solid lean gains so was thinking
    Wk 1-10. Test e 200mg once a week (Monday)
    Test c 200mg once a week (thurs)
    *note reason for mixing test e and c is basically due to what I have available for 10 weeks, and since they are both similar test compounds I'm assuming there should be a problem
    Wk 6-10 anavar 100mg ed
    I also have dbol at my disposal but not sure that fits with this cycle
    Id run an AI along side, but I can only get letro
    So hopefully thats ok? but not sure of ideal dosage.
    PCT 2 weeks after last jab Clomid 100/100/50 tamoxifen 40/20/20
    Thoughts ????

    What is your age? Training Experience? Diet on point?

    You can get some Adex or Stane from ar-r to run insttead of letro. Also, do your clomid at 100/50/50/50 and Nolvadex at 40/20/20/20. I was emotional after one week of clomid at 100mg couldn't imagine 2 weeks. If you're going to use the anavar save your liver and don't even bother with the dbol . You might want to start the anavar at 60mg and work your way up, intense back pumps are an issue at those higher doses.

    I'm 28, training for 4 years on and off seriously, my diet is spot on. Good advice on pct thanks, is letro to severe to use?

    I use Leto with every cycle and never have any issues. It's the only thing that stops me getting bloated

    Bloating is exactly what I'm trying to avoid so might be worth my while using it, what dosage would you recommend?

    if your diets spot on why you 15% body fat ? and if you wanna stay clear of bloating bin the d-bol
    hows the cardio side of things?

    Anything below 15 is ok, im not a professional athlete, itabalso Cos iv been unable to train properly for a long time due to a rotor cuff injury, but iv been working hard in formulating a good diet and I think I'm there. My cardio is good I do boxing training 3 times a week which is intense , explosive , in my opinion the best cardio. Of course that means my gains will be reduced but that's fine im looking to tighten up, as u quite rightly alluded to, i could do with lowering my bf. I do take ur point on board about D Bol though thanks
