I'm wanting to bulk up 10 lbs the first five weeks of my cycle then diet off that same 10 lbs inorder to gain "MUSCLE HARDNESS" the second half of my 10 week cycle. Can this be done and is it a good idea?

Not a good idea. If you try to Bulk and then cut in the same cycle, you'll end up going in circles.
You have to really work during and post cycle to solidify those gains you've just made. If your reducing calories a week after you got those gains, then it will turn into a big dissapointment.
tren ,test prop,winny you will see the gains you want and cut at the same time
