    Random gear. Stacking and dosing help

    Hey guys im Gunna start my 2nd cycle soon. I had great results with my first. I have 4 bottles and I'm not sure how I should stack them. I have:
    1x 10ml bottle of test cypionate 200mg
    1x 10ml bottle of deca 300mg
    1x 10ml bottle of tren ace 100mg
    1x 10ml bottle of equipoise 200mg

    I'm thinking test and deca for bulk and tren and eq for cut. What should I do, how much should I take, and how often should I take it. Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    You'll need more Test either way.
    You should be ok running Deca second cycle.
    I wouldn't run the Tren just yet (also you'd need more than that anyway).
    EQ has always being said to be a waste, and you don't have enough anyway.

    is this a joke? Dude YOU should not use steroids at all. Anyone who wants to throw a bunch of "Random gear" together and have someone else on the net plan their entire cycle for them is far from ready. If you have actually done a previous cycle what did you use? and at whos advice? and what were your results? You should already know the answers to all your above questions before doing your FIRST cycle let alone your second. If you had done your research you wouldn't be stuck with one vial each of four "random" drugs that will do nothing for you.

    YOUR 21 TOO YOUNG. Tren is not for a second cycle. But 2 nor 19's are you trying to sterilize yourself?

    Then what should I do? I'm asking for advice so I obviously don't know what's best...y'all aret giving any advice, just badgering me...what should I get more of or just not take at all?

    Sell it buy food and a gym membership. And I'm not trying to be funny. That is your best option for now.

    Did that already. After one year I saw fat loss and minimal muscle gains. That was working out 5 days a week

    It's your diet then. If you eat enough of the right foods with training you will grow. If you want a quick help to get you started list everything you ate yesterday with macros. I will bet money you aren't eating enough. Hell man it's hard for each of us to eat as much as we have to. But that's the biggest part of growing.

    I had 20 ounces of grilled chicken, 2 cans of tuna, 2 cups brown rice, one whole wheat tortilla, 2 cups of fresh kidney beans, and 2 scoops of whey. No added salt or seasoning on anything. 2k calories, 212 protein, and Im not sure on carbs...I eat right. I just want results faster. So let's say I get rid of all the gear I have, what would u recommend for me as a beginner cycle. I want to minimize fat gain so I'll be keeping calories the same

    Your not eating near enough. Bump the food up that's why your not gaining!

    2000Kcal is no where near enough food. Post up your height and weight and someone will work out your BMR.

    I've tried that and when I do I put on fat. 2k calories keeps me from gaining or losing fat.

    Im 5'11 and went from 230 to 180. I have a very slow metabolism so I can't eat much without putting on sloppy weight

    I'd stack Test E and deca and run a 10 wk cycle with that. I did the same cycle in the past and noticed
    beautiful gains in strength. Make sure to Pct with clomid/nolvadex /armidex/etc and do CARDIO twice a day for 15-20 mins.

    Ok thanks. Why do you stress cardio? And where can I get clomid and nolvadex ? Can I legally buy them?
