Im 19 years old. been lifting since i was 13. Freshman year in highschool is when i really started though. I lifted 5 days a week but wasnt seeing the results i wanted. I was about 5'9 125 lbs. Jr year i was 5'11 142 lbs. I just couldnt put on the mass. then i found these pro hormones called Methyl V and M-stan. My strength shot up from 135 5 times on bench to 245 5 times. but it f ed with my body so i stopped. now i am 6 ft and weigh 183. I am wanting to be up to 215-220 by christmas. Need some bulker suggestions, cutter suggestions and if you can. A starter eating plan. Any info will help!
