i want to run a cycle for the first time here is what i would like to do
week 1 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week 25mg dbol letrozole .5mg eod
week 2 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week 25mg dbol letrozole .5mg eod
week 3 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week 25mg dbol letrozole .5mg eod
week 4 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week 25mg dbol letrozole .5mg eod
week 5 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week 25mg dbol letrozole .5mg eod
week 6 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week 25mg dbol letrozole .5mg eod
week 7 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week letrozole .5mg eod
week 8 test e 500mg at 250mg twice a week letrozole .5mg eod
week 9 letrozole .5mg eod
week 10 letrozole .5mg eod
week 11 novaldex 40mg everyday letrozole .25mg eod
week 12 novaldex 40mg everyday letrozole .25mg eod
week 13 novaldex 20mg everyday letrozole .25mg eod

am 23 5,9 180lbs looking to gain some mass i have not grown any in height for over 3 years now and have read the articles on people under 24 and aas i would like to hear some expericed peoples thoughts on how i have this layed out i have no idea of know but i think i would be sensative to gyno

8 weeks is to short on test e. Should be 10-12 weeks
I would use another ai instead of letro. Like a-dex or aromasin
i would do a 4 week pct
drop the dbol for a first cylce
And just because you stopped growing height wise doesnt mean you are fully developed internally. There are risk to this. I would recommend waiting longer

i do hear you concern for waiting on using but i have thought about this for some time now.

why do you recommend droping the dbol off the first cycle i originaly wanted to use deca 200 test e and d bol for the first cycle
i see the aromasin would work better for gyno sensative people whats doses would be reccomended also iam not 100% sure if this will be avalible to me

also keep the same schedule but add 2 more weeks of test e into the cycle and drop the dbol still at week 6 or bump it up to week 8

since you dont know how your body react to anything since you never used before you should stick to one compound. If you start to get side effects you dont know what drug is causing what. So that why you should stick to one thing, Also you can make great gains on a first cycle of test e, there really isnt a need to take more

You letro dosage is extremely overkill IMO. You will probably crush your E2 levels. As gixx mentioned, grab you some aromasin or arimidex .

8 weeks is to short for long ester test!

Your diet will determine all your gains, if you don't have that in check you're wasting your time.

no i must have missed it i just dont want to go over bored here doing a first cycle thats why am asking for some pros opinions on how i have laid this out i under stand that 8 weeks is too short i seen that it was recommended for 12 weeks but as i said i dont want to push the limits could you put up a link for me too check it out would be appreciated
