so after doing some research, I'm going with a specialized cycle with only cypionate. The idea is to kickstart, then ween down into my prescribed TRT dose (200mg p week).
Week 1 - 200mg
Week 2 - 300mg
Week 3 - 400mg
Week 4 - 500mg
Week 5 - 500mg
Week 6 - 500mg
Week 7 - 400mg
Week 8 - 350mg
Week 9 - 300mg
Week 10 - 250 mg
Week 11 - 250 mg
Week 12 - 200 mg
Anyone ever done this before? I have to be on TRT for life, and Im in week 5 right now. Feel good so far....not sure I feel so much stronger yet but I feel more energy, require less sleep, and Im getting really good pumps. I've seen various threads on when test cyp kicks in. This isn't my first go round with trt or cyp, just my firs time going above the 200mg p week. Mentally feels great....tad bit irritable at bad drivers, lol.
Stats: 35, 5' 7", 215lbs, 25% bf (had a bad accident, gained a bunch of weight, working to reduce and build muscle). total test 238 (previously 405, 305, 397, and now 238). Free test 84.
Goals are to put on some muscle so I can burn more fat, get a little stronger, feel great.
I have exp in working out over 5 years, 15 years in gymnastics/aerobics.
Workouts include bicycling in morning, weights in afternoon (usually 2 muscle groups targeted)..3-5 times a week. I have plenty of protein, carbs, nutrients.
Weights are heavy lifting for now, but around week 9 I plan on lifting light and increasing my cardio.
