    Test Cyp plus HCG diet

    Guys I was reading about this HCG diet and it sounded interesting and I came
    Up with the idea of using the HCG diet while running Cyp 500 a week for 12 weeks. Do you think that this would be at all beneficial to cutting fat while still adding lean mass and strength? Any opinions/comments would he really helpful.
    Notes- I just finished 500 a week Cyp for 11 weeks back in may. Thanks.

    that diet is a huge calorie deficit. I dont see adding an mass while running it
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    you will lose weight cause the calorie deficit but I also think you will lose muscle also. calories are way way to low. I suggest the good old fashion 1. get a good diet (macros in line) 2. Cardio 3. Lift 4. Rest
    Some people are amazed at how fast you can lose by adding in effort!!

    That will burn some hard earned muscle. Hit the nutrition section and put the cyp to good use.

    HCG diet is 500 calories/day, no working out, for 30 days. If you want to lose weight, then diet. If you want to bulk then bulk. Why get the less of both worlds?
