Hey guys, haven't been on the forums in a while, just been lifting naturally for about 4 years since my last cycle, building a good solid base. Stats are 26, 5'6, 165, 9-10% BF. Diet is on point for now, but I know I will need to modify it while on gear. Previous cycle was Test E and EQ ran at 500mg a week and 400mg of eQ for 12 weeks. PCT was clomid and nolva.
Current cycle plan is; 1-15 TEST E 500mg, split 250mg twice a week
anavar - 50mg ED 2-6, then again , 10-15
My goals are keeping bloat and water weight low, but gaining lean hard mass. I am 100% in the chemicals chosen, so no suggestions for winnie or to drop the var. I know my body chemistry and am excited for these 2 compounds together.
I have a planned PCT of clomid and nolva, but I am not of how much to take mg wise? 100/100/50/50? 40/40/20/20? It has been a while and I want personalized advice, not something I just searched for through the forum. I was also wondering about liquidex, and if I should take this? I never had problem with gyno or bad estro sides last time around, but I am undecided on taking it or not, and if I do how much should I take?
I know this is a long post, but thanks for reading lol, can someone please chime in on Carb load? I want to keep my cuts/vascular/striations, so I am unsure of when and how much carbs to eat? Thanks for the advice guys, look foward to hearing from you, no trolls please.![]()
