sick of juicers at my gym

im 100% sure there's a new source at my gym. this group of teens (18-20) all blew up out of no where. along them also a 35 y/o guy who looks fking bloated

i been going to the gym late at night since im fasting and on a cut (looking smaller than usual) and i saw them the whole of last week. man they all blew up. im not saying that their physique is impressive but with a pump they're as big as me (5'9 170 lbs 9% bf, natty)

i heard them talk about 70mg of "diannebol" and other stuff. im assuming all of them are on orals correct? kinda depressing. made me feel like shit. their muscles look so full and blown up, it was ridiculous since 3 months ago all of them were like 145 lbs soaking wet..

i have natty test levels of 967 ng/dl and been lifting for 1.5 year with counting macros and all. really makes me want to consider juice (even tho im just 21)

    convince me to wait please

because as soon as they stop they will loose what they have gained, most of what they probably gained is water
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Not to mention, they are probably getting terrible advice from their bros at the gym. Like not to do pct and stuff like that. I cant believe some of the advice that comes from guys at the gym that people have posted on here. These clowns will lose it all when they come off and probably duck up their hpta. I have the same crowd at my gym. They follow each other around and do curls the entire time they are there (30 minutes).

Definitely wait. You will never regret waiting a few years. While some others spend the rest of their lives regretting early use!

you're doing it the right way. Those guys will lose will everything, get discouraged and you'll probably never see a majority of them again. Used to see it all the time.

Look, I've been through the same shit. I also have pretty high test levels. Mine's were in the 900's when I was 18. I haven't checked since then. Out of all my friends, those who juiced and those who didn't, I have always been the biggest and strongest. For your height, you are pretty big. And you've only lifted 1.5 years? You will undoubtedly get bigger.

Here's my insight from having done bodybuilding naturally since a young age and being 26. I will start with a question. What do you want from your exercise routine? Do you want to see instant results (in a few months) that will come, and inevitably go? Or, do you want to gain muscle slowly, over time, that will stay with you long after you stop lifting? Look, I haven't been in the gym in 4 months. I had some personal issues with moving and my girlfriend and I just didn't have the time or mental energy to do so. I'm still big. I might not be able to curl 65's like I was at my peak, but I can curl 50's easily. People still keep noticing how big I am. They say "oh, well you obviously work out a lot, do you compete?" They ask me "I have a friend who looks like you, he's a football player, do you play football?" Mind you, I haven't touched a weight in 4 months.

Now... Do you think that if I got to where I was using steroids, and I stopped working out, stopped taking my protein shakes, stopped watching what I eat, stopped sleeping exactly 8-9 hours every night, that I would look this big after this much time? I don't think so. I have CLOSE friends who take steroids. I had a close friend who took steroids since 21, not necessarily as injectables, but orals and pro-hormones. He would show up at my house looking bigger than usual. Tan, from going tanning (it comes with getting bigger right?). His new girlfriend he met at the club (some shmeeze with no brain that will leave him soon when he flips out on her). This friend of mine never looked bigger than me, even on steroids and we started working out together and we remained consistent, except that he would fall off whenever he wasn't "on" something. He would brag about his bench press and challenge me to go to the gym and show me he can lift more than me. He would lift a few more lbs than me with his back all arched and terrible form, going down only half-way and getting off the bench acting like an idiot in the gym making people look at him. Then I would calmy get on, put on 3 45's, do my set of 8, and then be happy - happy cause I know I'll be doing the same weight if not more in a half a year. Him, a month or two later he would fall off... Go to the gym half-assed. Go twice a week sometimes, maybe once. Some weeks he would say "I'm taking a week off to recover." Then another month later he would preach to me how he doesn't care about how strong he is, he just wants to look fit. This whole time, I was still looking good, still a big guy.

I had guys come up to me in the gym and ask me for spots. They would then ask me what cycle I was on. I told them I was on protein and l-arginine and whatever supplement I was taking with a little creatine. Then they looked all flustered and were like "yah I'm not taking anything either I'm just on some protein and shit..." Yeah right. The same guys, a few months later, come back in the gym with a beer gut looking at me like I'm doing something wrong, hah.

Yeah, I see guys in the gym getting big all of a sudden. They get a few pimples on their neck and forehead. They start looking bloated and acting different. Funny to me. You think steroids will get you more girls? The hottest girls I have seen in my life were with skinny guys, not big guys. I get hotter girls when I don't even work out. Since I stopped working out 4 months ago, and I don't look as big (not cause I lost muscle but just cause I'm not so pumped anymore) I get a lot more attention from girls.

Girls don't like guys on steroids. Those that do have emotional/self-image insecurities themselves. You think a girl finds it attractive that you put a needle in your ass every other day? You think she finds it hot that you didn't actually do the work to get big, but you cheated instead? Why do you think all roid-heads lie? At least if you do them, don't lie about it. They all act like they got big naturally. Get the f*CK out of here. Then those stupid bitches believe them and tell guys like me and you that "he's natural, he told me he doesn't take steroids anymore." ANYMORE hah. Ok.

All my roid-friends go through depression, emotional instability, trouble sleeping, erection problems, libido problems, etc. Guess what? When I get back in the gym, it will take me 2 months to get back to my prime. But I know that with that 2 months I got a long time till I can go without lifting and I wont feel like shit, won't have to deal with gyno, PCT, joint problems, etc.

One last thing to this long ass post of mine. Don't think that you can't skip a workout, or eat some junk food now and then. Don't make bodybuilding a chore. Enjoy it, do it for fun. Don't get down on yourself cause you missed a week. In that week, you'll see, you'll come out stronger than you were before. Your body needs rest. When I get back in the gym, I'm going to do 3 weeks on, 1 week off. I'm not in it to be the biggest guy anymore. I already got to that naturally. I can rest easy knowing that I was a beast and still can be if I want to. But as you live life, you grow up, and being the biggest guy isn't important anymore. You know what's important? Your family, your friends, eventually your kids if you want them. Your career - to say the least. Bodybuilding was a huge distraction for me for a long time. I don't let it be anymore. You want to live a long healthy life. You don't want to have health problems and be at the doctors office every other week or getting blood work cause you can't figure out why your weiner ain't working. You see, this website is really toxic in some ways. Guys will offer cycle advice knowing they went down a one way street and their testosterone will never recover fully, even if they don't cycle ever again. You already have high test levels. Don't screw that up. You'll be bigger and healthier than all those guys who took a pill and got jacked in the long run. Look at all the old wrestling guys. Bret Hart, Lex Lugar, Scott Hall, not to mention the dead ones... man they look like shit. Take it easy and be happy with your high testosterone levels and know that if you start steroids now, you will get bigger, but at a cost. And those fake muscles don't last buddy. And then when the muscles have shrunk and you look like you did before you even started that cycle, you'll be left with body that may or may not have long-lasting damage (both physically and emotionally). Trust me, I was in your shoes.

Every gym has them give it 6 weeks and they will piss it all away. I see guys that I knew from the gym 25 years ago that were big and strong. Now they are really big and can't see their dick past that huge gut. LOL

    ^^^^YES!!!

Much of what you are seeing is water retention and not hard lean muscle mass which is more permanent and sustainable.

Once they stop the orals and start drying out, watch what happens to that size.

Don't be fooled by that crap. You can't replace lean hard gains. They take longer to achieve but represent real mass not that bloated watery look.

That is one of the things that has always amazed me, all these people who think they have actually gained 20 lbs of muscle on an 8 wk oral cycle. While I feel the further from you nat potential you are the easier it is to maintain gains since all it would take is to up your workouts and diet slightly to support the extra muscle it seems almost none of these guys even has the perseverance to do enough real work to keep these easy first gains ( the 5 pounds of muscle not the 15 of water LOL) after cycle.

As far as waiting you are definately doing the right thing, at your test range you can grow very quickly with proper SLEEP, DIet and Workouts in this order...The thing to remember is that when you cycle not only is most of this water as Gix has pointed out but that after the cycle you will be in a weak'nd state as your body struggles to restore natural test levels so much of the gains will be lost even with a good PCT. Hell if not everyone would just do a 4 wk blast with 6 off, say you gained 5 lbs of lean mass (per cycle) and were 5'9" 180 and 8% bf starting out then 2 years later you would be 232 at 8% body fat and 2 after that you would be 284 and the new MR O lol.

I am confused. This is a Steroid Q&A forum and all of you seem anti-steroids. I am new here too, so I am just wondering if you are all anti-steroid or just anti-steroid for the OP because of his age?

This is a hard lesson I think all of us realize after longer use of AAS. You do not just blow up in to Arnold after a couple months of using AAS. Putting on lean muscle and restructuring your physique takes a long time. I started out a year ago as of the 21st of July, 196 or so at 20% bf, now over a year in im 223 at just over 12%. I have probably lost another 2-3 lbs since that weigh in being im cutting down. But I would say my ideal weight, leaned out would be somewhere around 210. So its not miracles but, WOW I have changed. I would go on a limb and say 10-15lbs a year of true lean mass on AAS your doing a fantastic job.

I'd say that's the majority with most people AS or no AS. It seems there's only very few of us that keep training year after year...

We are not anti steroid. However we are anti steroid without knowledge, proper diet/traing/age. Basically we want people to understand the risk of damage that can be done to your HPTA if it is not fully developed. We also want to make sure people know it is not an easy fix. It takes tons of hard work and dedication. We don't want the OP to turn out like the the guys in his post. They have no clue what they are doing and will not keep any gains and risk messin up their endocrine system.

Think it is really about smart use of AAS. When guys come on asking advice and their 20, been working out 6 months I will almost assure you 10 years from now he's not lifting and has gotten fat. 30 + years around the gym proves this.
I like to hear about a solid cycle from a qualified participant and the results they have attained with strength or physique.

Steroids come after you are the best. Then you get more! I am sick of children wanting an easy way! John

I can totally relate. I go into my gym w/my buddy the other day (hes on deca n test), we meet up his other friends, some kids i know as well, one of them on his like 8th cycle, the other kid with stork legs and the biggest upper body ive ever seen, then the new guy on his 1st cycle of test and there other friend on his first cycle too. 2 mins later they introduce me to thier source, guy shakes my hand, looks big, but hes about 40. Its tempting because ive dabbled a little before with orals n a few test shots but ive been lifting 8yrs and the muscle i have is quality and doesnt go away. Anyways, they are all lifting about 50-100 more lbs then me but shit, theyre on juice. Long story short, a few months later they r back to normal size, with stretch marks and all. Seems like they ran outta money.

Another quick point, the quality of the muscle is not the same. I did a bottle of tri methyl extreme some prohormone bs. I was carrying a picnic table with my friend and it was kinda a heavy one. It carried it with one arm to show off a little so it was really pressed against my arm. I had a large purple bruise there for the next 4 weeks and i dont bruise easy

Yep. It's because we love it and our lifestyle. I only started using(at 27) cause i was spinning my wheels. I tried everything known to man to put on some additional muscle but couldn't. And i could have started using at 17 or 18 if i wanted. It was literally all around me. Don't ask me why i didn't, cause i really don't know. I guess it was because i just love the gym and working out and always will.

So we hit a wall and have a decision to make. Stay where you are naturally, which is completely fine, or take it to the next level. I chose to take it to the next level.

Still trying to traps like yours though. haha...

Sometimes I get angry! Most of us spend a lifetime training, dieting, trying to be the best we can. I do not care if you are a bodybuilder or a power lifter. I just hate seeing the mess left after the stupidity of youth. maybe It's because I was alcoholic, Maybe I am intolerant, Maybe 99% of the kids who start to use are not in the gym in 5 years.

Maybe I am just a grumpy old man who is sick of a world where everybody wants a shortcut. IT AINT THERE! I do not seek to be offensive but please, build a base , a foundation. Then look at steroids when you are developed fully! Zane looks great last I saw. Arnold who? I saw a fat dude somewhere! My old mate Ken Ware now weighs 75kg is my age and benches over 200 kg. So good luck all! John

    GREAT !

Well said mate,I think everyone who's looking at this thread should read this exspecially the last big paragraph!

dont look at the guys when they are on cycle - the results show a month or two after the cycle... i can bloat up to 25lbs in a few weeks - so what?

170lbs is a "lightweight babyyyyy"(R.Coleman)... do 200lbs before cyclin... 185 if you are a dwarf... it can be done naturally... not as fast as the guys in the gym but thats the price to pay if you care about sides and health and all that crap...(the reasons why i say "crap" is because i was "one of those guys in the gym" few years back and never really cared cause thats a lifestyle choice for me but i respect BOTH opinions and i think ppl should do what they belive in doing if they can justify it to themselves, cause thats the only thing that matters).

This whole argument about look at zane and look at arnold is ridiculous. The clear defining factor is that arnold moved on from lifting and zane didn't. It's got very little if anything to do with roid usage. I also agree that by building a foundation naturally your going to instill habits that help in maintaining your physique over the years. That and muscle memory. But too say a natural will always remain big even if they have months off and abandon their diet, training and rest is insane.

oh cmon, thats like assuming that because someone got loung(lung?) cancer he smokes.

you can also look at Arnolds buddy Lou Ferrigno - he still lifts and looks good... Or you can look at the posterboy of steroids - Sly Stallone...

things start to look crappy if you stop lifting and/or screw up the diet and/or stop using steroids in any of the possible combinations...
people who start using steroids should never do any of the above and stick to the life they have chosen...

Althou Arnold is not completely out of shape - still looks ok and there are many other guys from his era that look worse(Mike Katz) that is the price you pay when you let your own goals down...

bodybuilding and steroids are like a lil bit crazy and super hot woman - if you love her and treat her good, shell do all kinds of hotness and youll feel better than anyone and live the life others envy, but if you will cheat on her or dump her - shell be the one who cutts your balls of, pays some bikers to beat you up daily, murder your cat, thrash your car, kill your new girlfriend - basically, **** up your life for good...
thats the risk you have to take - there is no gray area in bodybuilding+steroids...

The op (original poster) wants to use aas and he is still very young. We do not advice anyone under 25 is the rule of thumb on here.
Another thing that's a huge plus op, is you will learn to eat the proper foods so if you do ever cycle years later you will be better at keeping gains etc...

we may love steroids but we all love natural Testosterone too! And with natty test that high it would be a shame to mess with it and rush....espeshially if after cycle your levels went lower and stayed there. I really wish I had waited a few more years before my first cycle...I'm happy now, but could I have been bigger and better if I had waited?...I'll never know but something tells me yes!

Are you in the gym for yourself or are you there to impress others while working out? If you're there for yourself, and only yourself, then hold off using AAS and ignore the little bastards next to you. They are only going to annoy you if you let them; don't waste any energy watching or thinking about them.
