    2nd cycle advice pls

    Its my second cycle, my first cycle was Test e @ 300mg/week for 12 weeks.

    Was a great cycle gained massive amounts even at that dosage. I know all about my gear so well educated on compounds and stacking etc..

    So heres what I wouldnt mind you look at, It was my PCT also that Im a bit unsure of. I didnt run PCT with my 1st cycle and recovered fine, but bearing in mind Il be running twice the amount plus another med so I think I might need them here.

    Stats:
    Age :31
    weight :12 stone (168 llbs)
    Lifting : 13 years
    exp. : 1 cycle a year ago
    body fat: Below 10%
    Diet: Lean

    Cycle:

    1 - 4 80mg Turinabol @80mg ed
    1 - 12: Test e @ 600mg/week (300mg/ mon, 300mg/thursday)
    10 - 14: Anavar @ 100mg ed (possibly run 50mg ed for 2 weeks then 100mg ed 2 weeks)
    HCG: Undecided on weather Il need it....? If so maybe 250ius twice a week until last shot.(500ius/week)
    14 - 18: Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20
    14 - 18: Clomid. Again undecided If I'l need it but would run : 100/50/50/50

    So thats about it. I regularly use things like super omega 3's I think theyre great for the joints, also a few other supps here and there for If and when I need them. I use alpha men from myprotein which are pretty good, also have a stack of creatine I might have to take If things are going well. So yeah If you can help me out with PCT advice that would be great.     How much did you weigh before your first cycle. Unless your 4-9 you need to eat more and train hard before you think about doing another cycle. I'm sorry to be blunt but you have no base and probably will have a hard time keeping the gains you make. Eat more.

    my first clycle was 2 years ago.

    Ive been traing for 13 years mate???? Im ready to cycle. my training diet and anything else is sorry for saying probably better than yours lmao.

    God i nearly felt sick after reading your shallow poorly thought out comment.Keep that advice for noobs pal.

    flecks... you are here looking for advice.

    Cape is one of the smartest ones out of the bunch on this site.

    All he did was ask you for your weight pre cycle. He is trying to help.

    Nothing we say can convince you to sort out your diet or whatever else is at fault, but once you finish your cycle and realize that you are losing your gains, you will think back and remember that one person that wanted to make sure your diet was in check.

    How tall are you? I would get clomid set up just in case. See how your body reacts to the nolva, and just prepare. Every person reacts differently

    Hi mate just to clarify, Im here looking for advice specifically on PCT and or the need for HCG post cycle. I am not saying capebuffalo isnt intelligent or knowledgable in anyway but when someone passively introduces the idea to me of ''having no base'' Is simply downright Ignorant my friend. I have been training very hard all my life.. I have a ripped physique and know innately I am on the peak of my limitations regarding the size of my muscles. My diet is good, I dont measure out foods, s*** like that, I never have. I have a body that doesent tend to take much fat onboard so no matter how much food I eat I always stay trim. I did a cycle of 300mg/week nearly two years ago, and boy did I grow. Im very sensitive to gear, I kept a bit of weight, but not much as I got out of the gym shortly afterwards for a few months (for reasons I wont go into) so obviously the weight dropped.

    The course I mentioned up there^:

    People are just trying to help you, there's no need to get bent out of shape when you hear things you don't want to hear.

    They're making the observation of you stating that you have been training for 13 years, eat perfect, and are ready for AAS yet you weigh only 158lbs? Taking this into account it simply just does not make sense. There's no way you can eat a perfect diet and train for 13 years and not reach 160lbs. Obviously some is out of wack here? I would be quick to say you don't know how to eat properly due to the information you have provided about yourself. Also you didn't run a PCT with your first cycle.

    You can do 2 things with this advice. Either get butthurt and get all defensive for being told you don't know how to eat properly OR you can listen and accept the information we've put out.

    Myself, nor anybody here is giving you advice with the intentions to "talk shit" we are just stating the truth of what we see from the information YOU provided.

    Diet better than Cape, DO YOU SEE HIS AVI???? I believe the man knows what he is talking about.

    No need to all hostile and bent out of shape. You asked a question, you got an answer. Not the one you wanted to hear so you get mad. We see that often.

    Your light in the weight area, that was the reason for the comment. A diet that is up to snuff will benefit you in the long run.

    So how new people don't realize when you have a RED, BLUE, OR GREEN name you obviously have been around the block and know a few things. Good luck

    As for ur questions hcg ur much better of with it than without it as ur testicles are gonna shrink a lot on that cycle wich will make recovery harder so it will make keeping ur gains harder!
    Clomid ur also better with it than without it IMO!
