    in a rut......

So I have been super drained as of late. Dragging ass in other words.. Do you think it is the test? Maybe the adex? My body is soar and I cant seem to get energized. I work a lot and have been getting up early to stick to my training and pinning and not getting my full 8 hrs but, cant belive that its just the lackof sleep... Shit I really never get a full 8 hrs any ways. I normally take sunday/monday off from training but, when I went to the gym sat morning after warming up I was so sore I just decided to take a off day to recover... What do you gents think..Maybe I need to split my off days up till the test is kicked in?? Thx

What's your training routine/ style (volume, intensity etc...)?

How long have you been following the routine for?

    What is your diet like?

What is your normal day at work like?

What cycle are you running? Dosages/duration?

There are lots of things that could make you feel this way

What week are you currently in? Is your diet in check? how much AI are you taking? Are you doing cardio and are you doing light days with higher reps for each muscle group?

@iron.. I'm in week 3 of cycle. As stated above I'm running Amdex .25 mg eod for AI. Yes my diet is in check. And no I do drop reps... So heavy at 81-10 then drop weight and hit 10-12 reps. I run once a week ( about 1-1.5 hrs) and will mix up some burpee's or other high intensity burn outs at the end of a few of my training days.

First I would try decreasing your AI, second it sounds like you have a good base knowlege for working out, so my question is are you over training? You are on one compound at a standard dose its not miracle medicine you can't train endlessly...keep your workout sessions to one hr. Also I would break up your running if you can? to trhee x a week 1/2hr. And yes technically the full benefits of your compound should be kicking in whithin weeks 3-5, the AI is important to find your own sweet spot for keeping your estrogen lvs at a good place(everyone is a little different) trial and error. try taking your AI twice a week.

I had the same problem but I was on liquidex and test e... Always tired and never motivated. Someone told me to try just dropping my liquidex, so I said I'd try it. Few days later I was back to normal, and I'm on week eight with no signs of gyno! Just a thought though. I know not everyone is the same

I have exp your exact symptoms with the same cycle before so I am asking a lot of question trying to narrow down possibilities so we can solve this problem and get you the results you deserve.
Are you eating enough complex carbs?

Or try this and if you start exp puff nipps or soreness re continue your AI at a less frequent regimen.

Ya.. I know it hasn't kicked in and I can tell in my lifts/gains. It's too early..I have already been educated by the boys on here about being impatient. Hahaha.. I was just thinking it was doing something to alter my moods and drive. I'm going to switch up routine this week with the light sets to be included and I think if I spread out my "off" days that will help.. It has been a long couple of weeks at work as well.. A lot of stress.. So maybe a new routine will perk my ass up!

I just realized something weird........It was always awkward when I talked to someone with a chick for their avatar, it threw my mind off for some reason and AS I have changed my avatar many times it seems to be the best representation of what kind of taste you have as a hetro man...lol

Take it easy bro...really yes it has not fully kicked in, but never the less in my exp you should start feeling a long ester test by week three, your body is adjusting to a foreign compound if this is your first cycle? Just take it easy, don't over train, rest , don't be afraid to take an extra day off, change your AI protocol and things will change....................ALSo dude you need to get your mind right in your personal life, your mind is more powerful than anything.

Ya your avi is smokin hot....

My diet is basic ( forgive me for the crudeness, I'm at work and don't have my micro break down)
    Meal 1
    1 cup raw oatmeal
    1 scoop protein 32g
    1 scoop nat peanut b

    Workout

    Meal 2
    6oz chick brst
    1cup Brn rice
    1cp steamed broc

    Snack
2 hard boiled egg (no salt)

    Meal 3
1 can tuna in bib lett
    3 oranges

    Meal 4
    6oz lean steak
    1 medium sweet potato

    Meal 5
    Half of a whole chicken
    Steamed mixed veggie 2 cups
    And a cup Brn rice

If I'm hungry in between I eat some beef jerky of some toasted almond.

    Once a week I cheat..

I eat this at least 4x a week. I switch it up a little bit with wheat pasta lean ground meat and basic tomato sauce once a weak. Pretty boarding but clean.. And that's the point right?

I'm going to try changing the routine first then if that doesn't work ill drop the AI for a bit to see what that does...

Yea my avatar is ronda rousey, she will also kick your ass.....for real. diet seems k, I'm not a nutrition specialist, there are plenty of those that can help if you ask or post in the nutrition forum. Not blowing smoke up your ass...like I said you need to center yourself and get your mind right, at the same time relax...this takes practice. Or meds? personally I think ppl turn to meds first instead of trying to work past "problems" and try to push for some mental growth and understanding that will help them resolve and get centered, but some ppl just need meds and its just a chemical thing, either way good luck bro. I'm on usually once a day if ya just want to bull shit.

Thanks Iron.. I have a pretty consuming job and a 19 month old little boy so.. Stress is a factor. I'm not a med kind of guy do I will do my best to try and balance everything. Bottom line is my health and body.. That being said I need to find the right medium between training and resting.. Work and family are another story. Maybe I just need to get laid... Hahaha. That always makes us feel better...
