ok so i will start with what im doing 50mg d-bol per day for 6 weeks, 300mg of Tren E & 600mg of Test E per week for 12 weeks, also i will be taking some anti estrogen and 20 days of pct after cycle .... So my questions are on a typical cycle how much do you lose? What type of foods should i eat besides complex carbs and also shit tone of lean meats and protein? Can you overwork your body while on this cycle? what types of thing should i do when im coming off my cycle? right now im a amateur strongman competitor, so im wanting to get strong ass **** this is really just to catch up on some training that i lost for about 2 years. I have been lifting for about 12 years and really started hitting it hard for the last 2 years peaked on most of my lifts. maxes right now are 300 over head press, 585 back squat, 515 deadlift.. 320 atlas stone, 150 giant dumbell press, 650 yoke, 550 sled pull, 315 incline press..... anyways if i can get some feed back that would be great!!!
