Educated question about First Cycle, ive done my research

    Good evening everyone,

    I am 24yrs old

    6'3" 375lbs ~48% BF

Let me begin by saying I have been researching AAS for years and have done my homework. I am not here for people to tell me to diet and exercise and cut weight naturally and reach my genetic potential before I use AAS. I am here to learn what to expect from doing the cycle I will lay out after this paragraph. I started off at 417lbs, all time high. I have been doing Lean Gains/Intermittent Fasting and a 12week intermediate 4day split bodybuilding program to get to where I am currently. My BMR is ~4200cals and I am eating ~2500-3000 cals per day with a minimum of 200g protein. I eat clean, chicken, whole grains, steak, tons of water, fish, multivitamin/fish oil etc...I know how to setup my macros and I know how to train. I was an athlete in high school and I just let myself go.

I have a very solid base with alot of lean mass underneath the fat. I want to run a Test E cycle for 10-12weeks to put on as much mass as possible and then go back into cutting.

I basically want to do Mudmans 1st cycle recommendation:

    Cycle 1:
    1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
    1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED

Then for PCT just run Nolva 20/20/40/40, should i add something else into the mix?

So basically I just want opinions on what I should expect out of doing this at such high BF%? My assumption is that I will put on lean mass and recomp a bit because of it, gain some strength and look overall better. The lean mass gained will also aid me from that point on in cutting more BF as more mass = more cals burned. Open to all who approach this properly, anything immature, uneducated sounding, or offending will be ignored. I respect all opinions that fit the above criteria, that are well thought out, and logically arranged. I am a reasonable man so let's hear what you have to say.

High blood pressure. Extremely dangerous idea. Zero visible results.

    Best of luck, be careful.

I dont think you understand, how would there be 0 visible results? I said I have alot of lean mass as it is and my muscle is visible in most areas. How big of a difference is BP on an AAS cycle, as its not really talked about much. How would I not benefit from putting on more mass to aid in cutting?

Blood pressure will be a big issue, as well as estrogen related sides, such as gyno. Your best bet is to over hull your diet and get in some fasted cardio in the morning, if you do decide to go ahead with this please visit your doctor first and make sure your heart is healthy. Good luck.

First of all, in the original post it says im doing LeanGains/Intermittent Fasting, this means I fast for 16hours and dont eat until after training, so I know all about that, and my diet doesnt need changing now, its been solid for a month and I have my macros all laid out for on/off days.

Everything you didnt want to here is exactly what you need. It would be a waste of time, money, ect and dangerous to your health to do a cycle.

good luck, hope you make the right choice.

What research did you do that gave you the impression that this
Was a good idea? Everyone above base given advise you need to listen to. 48% bf and you have visible muscle? Where.? You need diet and training before any of this.

Seriously, this is not a quick fix for you and it is doubtful the gains realized, if any, could be kept. First and foremost is your health. Before you do anything get a complete physical and complete BW. An example of complete BW is in the stickies on the TRT forum in the Finding A TRT Physician Sticky. Get the BW and post it for review. You'd be surprised what it may reveal that can be easily corrected to improve your health and help you achieve your goals.

yeah brother if you have to get on something make it albuterol and keto or something. Your making progress but its not yet time for the test. And if you do have to use it...definitly use it to cut. At this point cutting should be your focus. You'll be alot more capable of reaching your goals if you cut first.

Dude I did my first cycle at approx. 22% BF which was too high. No gyno (not prone to it) but had some serious high blood pressure! I can only imagine the BP you might experience at nearly 48% BF. You are straining your heart plenty...don't think there is a need to beg for a heart attack!

Being in the medical field for the last 13yrs. I can tell you these guys are correct. High BP will get you, it will be very high.

We are here to help, but not lie and tell you things that could possibly put you in a bad place. You have already came down from 417 to 375 in one month. If that's the case keep running it like your running it. You will be fine.

Welcome and congrats on your progress thus far! Keep doing what you're doing and continue to lose that weight and you'll start feeling better and stronger all the time. Using AAS right now is not in your best interest. As a matter of fact, it will only complicate matters.

Keep up the good work and Good Luck!!
