Whats the story with Tren Ace?

Hi people, I'm looking at starting my 5th cycle soon which consists of

WK 1-12: Test-P 100mg/eod
WK 5-12: Anavar 80mg/ed
WK 6-12: Tren Ace 50mg/eod

I've been told to do
WK 1-12: Arimidex 0.25-0.5mg/eod
...but mates have told me to steer clear from Tren, are they over exaggerating or are the sides that bad. So far my previous cycles have been 12-16 Weeks long running 500mg Test/pw sometimes with 200mg Deca/pw and 50mg Anavar/ed (last 6weeks)
I have never had any significant sides other then abit of insomnia and the odd headache. What's your opinion of going down the road of Tren? Is there a substitute I could use in this cycle instead. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks.

Recommended PCT was my next question, I usually have HCG, Aromasin and Nolvadex on hand. I get my HCG here n the rest from AR-R

Dont use a Ai or HCG for pct use Nova n Clomid.Read the pct sticky Bro it has some great info.And Tren is a great compound and yes it has some bad sides.But with Tren Ace it is out of your system fast if you cant handle it.Good luck
