Is it warm to the touch red and swollen or just hard?
If just hard massage it regularly to help it dissipate
if it it red, swollen and warm I would see a Doctor as it may be infected..

You may have just injected too fast.

Warm the oil up next time and inject slowly. Keep an eye on it but it should go down in a few days.

its normal imo, when on a longer cycle that kind of stuff happens all the time for me... takes a few weeks to go away. i think its just oil that hasnt been absorbed - its normal, cause oil cannot absorb as fast as water

I pin at a rate of 1 minute per ML. Also run the syringe under hot tap water for a minute or so. You also need to make sure your hand is very steady to avoid micro cuts in the muscle.
