My first time
Ok, my first time taking will be in a few days. I have a 10 week cycle of EQ. I will be taking 3cc every 3 days or so. I have been lifting for a few years now and maxed out my natural potential. I wanted to know what I should start to do differently now that I am "on" with regards to traning and diet.

What are your goals? What are your stats? Exactly what is your cycle in terms of dosages and AAS used?

Well more info is necessary. Your rate of protein utilization will go up dramatically so of course consume a significant amount of protein and drink lots of water. Do you wish to bulk or cut? Stats?
