beginner cycle
i am a 39 year old male 5'11" 175lbs. i have been weight training for 3 months started 250 mg of deca 2x a week i'm into my 4th week i would like to add some mass, in your professional opinions i am teethering with the option of sustanon or dianabol ......... thank you for your opinions and advice.......... BTW i started Deca due to a shoulder injury and have been told deca was great for joints

I would stop now. What you are doing is wrong. You never run deca without a base. Test is the base for any cycle.
You should read up on our stickies for beginners cycle, pct, and ai's.

so i should stop deca completely?????? how long before starting up a new cycle of a test

Did you order stuff for pct? Yes I would stop. Research then act with things entering your body.

i have clomid..... doing tons of research just extremely confusing which to start first, a lot of people saying deca is a great base others are saying get off it use a test always first...........

Deca alone is no good. If you're not going to stop, get some prop.

Test ONLY 1st cycle unless you like having limp D*ck. Deca alone shuts you down hard... So always run test as your base

But his been training for 3 months... Stop the deca . Work out a couple of years and work on your diet.

Bro think about this for a minute.You have shoulder problems so now you start to lift weights.Some guy tells you to use Deca beacuse it will help your joints.Now this is wats going to happen.Your muscles are going to get stronger faster than your tendons ligaments and joints.This in turn puts you at risk of even more injuries.Happens all the time.Now Deca is a strong 19nor it will shut you down and give you a bad case of ED.A guy lifting for only 3 months has no biz touching aas.I hope this helped shed some light on your problem.

Yeah, stop the deca for sure. Hope you're not making matters worse w/your shoulder. Get yourself some creatine and glutamine.
