It is coming towards summer over in oz and so I want to be real lean and pack on some more size... I'm 25, 174cms, 85kgs and approx 13% body fat and this will be my third cycle... Now I want to be quite lean for this summer around 10% any less the better, but I want to get some lean gains too... I have been researching and all over the net people have been saying you cant do both it won't work etc... Now from what I understand it's because if you start with a bulk and then go into a cut, your body hasn't had time to cement the gains and you end up losing the new found muscle... But if you went from bulk to cut and then went into pct eating heavy again would this maintain the gains as really you shouldn't lose any muscle whilst still being on during the cut? Anyone have any knowledge on this?
Or another Idea I was thinking of was say starting the cycle with Anavar alone for say four weeks with a calorie deficient cutting diet and then adding test prop and tren for 8 weeks with a calorie surplus diet for some lean bulk? What are people's thoughts on this? Thanks
