First time User.
i am planning to do my first cycle and am doing a hell of alot of research, but i want my plan to be next to perfect (if possible).
I am a commplete Ectomorph, I am 5ft 6", 145lbs (100lbs when i started weigh training),with 10% bf and have 3 years of weight training. Over the last 9 months i have not see that much gains and am reaching my natural limitations, and i am looking to Bulk up.
This is what i have decided to do:
week 1: Dianabol (10mg each day)
Week 2: Dianabol (10mg each day)
Week 3: Dianabol (10mg each day)
Week 4: Testosterone Enanthate (250mg Twice per week, Mon/Thurs), Dianabol (10mg each day)
Week 5: Testosterone Enanthate (250mg Twice per week, Mon/Thurs), Dianabol (10mg each day)
Week 6: Testosterone Enanthate (250mg Twice per week, Mon/Thurs), Dianabol (10mg each day)
Week 7: Testosterone Enanthate (250mg Twice per week, Mon/Thurs)
Week 8: Testosterone Enanthate (250mg Twice per week, Mon/Thurs)
Week 9: Testosterone Enanthate (250mg Twice per week, Mon/Thurs)
Week 10: Nothing
Week 11: Tamox (10mg each day)
Week 12: Tamox (10mg each day)
Does this look okay?

im 19 years old but ill be starting next month when ill be 20 , if that makes a difference :P

I thought so by looking at your cycle... There is plenty things wrong with it... First and most important is your age and what aas can do to you at such a early age. I will let the boys on here educate you on the reasons why waiting until you are older is SO important.

My diet is fine, my routine if fine.. i just want to try and get better, faster results.

Diet needs to be better then fine. I know you are frustrated and are looking for any easy route. AAS is by no means an easy route and at your age if you eat and kill it at the gym you can get huge. I thought my diet was on point too. Just post it in in nutrition thread and they will help you to perfect it in order to get big.

A few things,
I have no idea where you have being researching you cycle because this is one of the worst iv seen. both Cycle and PCT need tremendous changing.
Doubt your diet if fine. you want to be the big 200lb guy? Eat like he would, post up your diet.
as for wanting better fast results AAS is no magic pill where you will go from the small 140lb to the big 200lb guy in a month. Your results are only as good as your diet.
Last and foremost you sir are too young to use AAS. not going to go on about how your body is not developed etc because you should know the risks if you claim your "doing a hell of alot of research"Last edited by Bevsta123; 08-21-2012 at 06:57 AM.

But im not looking for an easy way out,
I train hard 5 days a week for the last couple of years, i eat six meals each day, and they are all calculated for me to gain size, i eat stuff that almost makes me sick i hate it that bad.. i just want to put on some more mass..
Believe me, im not looking for the easy way out, I have tried everything before considering this.

i know what im getting myself into, i know what Could happen, and im willing to take those risks.
To be honest, i have wanted to use AAs for years now(scince i was 16, i know, very young to even consider it) but i waited untill i was a bit older.
I mean im not trying to be disrespectful in any way but i will be using them, no one will be changing my mind, i just wanted to get advice on the cycle, not if im to young or not or weather it will mess me up.
I mean i no where your coming from, and i thank you. But this is something that i want to do.

You run PCT 14 days after your last pin, and id suggest running an AI during your cycle.
Would look something like this.
Week 1-4 DBOL 30 mg/day
Week 1-12 Test E 500mg/week
Week 1-12 Aromasin (Exemestane) 10mg/ED on cycle incase of estrogenic sides.
14 Days after last Test E Pin
week 14-20 Tamox 20mg/ED (40mg/ED week 14)
week 14-20 Clomid 25mg/ED (50mg/ED week 14)
Tribulus 1g/ED

You are right...I am no vet nor am I claiming to know everything. We can agree on that without question. I am not testing your knowledge, hell I could care less and I am glad you are smart enough to wait. My point of the post was (and maybe I should have gone about it another way) that even with the disclaimer you are giving this kid cycle advise. Even with the disclaimer at the bottom all he is most likely going to do is read the new cycle you gave him, take it and run with the belief that it's ok.
It's just like Shadowmaker offering advise to these kids with the idea that it's better they get good advise on how to properly hurt themselves than to get no advise at all. That believe is seriously flawed. I am sure you meant no ill intent butr surely you can understand being young yourself that the kids coming here asking these questions are very impressionable and will take any piece of your post that gives them hope and justifies there use and use it to there advantage.

let me jsut say im the same height as you, at 19-20 i was wrestling at 119. And was probably are 8-10% bf. Once i stopped wrestling and eating to grow. i got up into the 160's naturally.
If you sitting at 10% bf yuo need to eat more. If you want to gain weight you need to eat. If you were eating more you will put on more weight either fat or muscle. So if your staying at 10% your eating a maintenance amount. So if you stick to your diet at the end of your cycle you will return back to 145lbs.
I thought my diet was great when i was 160lbs. Now i sit in the 190's and laugh at what i used to eat.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Why is it that only teenagers and young guys are the only ones who refer to themselves as ectomorphs? Eveytime. I personally dont believe a person cant gain weight. If you take in more calories than you consume/use, you will gain weight. Mix up te calorie sourcesand take in alot with several meals and weight will pour on. I see it on youtube, here and other bodybuilding sites. It is always the young guys who call themselves ectos or "extreme" ectos. Wait til you hit 25 and thentell me if you have a hard time gaining weight. I have a hard timekeeping it off, even though I was an ectomorph when I was a teenager, ha ha.

Meal 1 : 1 cup of Oats and more, 4 egg whites, 2 hole eggs, glass of OJ
Meal 2 : Shake (50gram of protein, 75grams of carbs), wholemeal bread sandwich with turkey and cheese,
Meal 3 : 2 chicken breasts with 1 cup of brown rice, glass of water
(workout)
Meal 4 : (post workout shake) 50grams protein, 75grams carbs, 5grams creatine
Meal 5 : Stirlion steak, baked potato, glass of water
Meal 6 : chicken breast, 1cup of oats and more, pint of milk
Thats what i ate yesterday..

Listen dude... this diet is jacked the **** up. You need to post your diet in the nutrition section and let the boys help with it. If your diet and training isnt 100% on point then aas wont do anything but break yo bank... ya dig?
