    Question weird tren??

test enan at 500 wk.... taking tren ace at 200 wk (starting) was good for little more then a week. bumped up to 500. was fine for 2 weeks. now im at 1cc a day which is 700 a week. now the sides start. little aggression, loss of appetite, very little acne. my gains are freakin insane. went from benching 205 sets to 255 in a month. really vascular. ive gained 9 pounds. BUT here is my concern. i dont have a diet because my lifestyle will not allow it. i drive over 1000 miles a week. i try and eat as many cals, protein, carbs.. blah blah blah... but im not loosing any fat! i actually seem like im gaining a good amount of it. even at 700 a week. and at that high I thought my sides would be insane but there not at all. i also thought no matter what i ate i would loose fat. blood pressure is okay still. little high but nothing to be alarmed over. is my stuff underdosed? or was i expecting to much and really need to try and get a diet? i would guess im at 3500-4k cals a day. over 200 pro and over 300 carbs complex and not

I am going to bookmark and link this to everyone I encourage to get their diet straight. Here. See. You can take all the tren you want, but you still NEED to eat right.

There's plenty of guys on here who are drivers. Get a cooler and pack for your food for the day.

i was thinking about the cooler idea but most food needs to be heated. i cant afford to stop every 2 or 3 hours to. and my truck doesn't have anything for that. just frustrating cause i know what i need to do. just harder for me then most. i guess my gear is good its just me and this crazy job. *wants a life back*

Being in construction it is very easy to bring a bag of food that is good for you and eaten cold hence the cooler. Grilled chicken makes many cold dishes with salad with whole wheat pasta on whole wheat bread. Sweet potatoes are good cold. give it a try.

Not trying to be a dick but there are alot of food options available to you that are very conveniant. I live off of the family serving sealed tuna packs, protein shakes, pre cooked chicken breasts (cold) and so on. It seems as if a liitle creativity could replace a few excuses

You pour boiling water in your cooler and let it sit for a while. Pour out water put in food. Stays warm for hours. There is always a solution to a problem. And songdog is right. They make coolers and heaters that plug in

Yeah the cooler/ heater is supposed to be a good item.
Lot of guys don't do the salad thing but makes it more interesting than just gnawing on a hunk of chicken breast. LOL. I also take cottage cheese, yogurt, protein bars and shaker cup protein drink made with ice and use that to help keep the other things cold.

Most important is that your getting the macros necessary to build muscle however that looks

Oh! By the way! You are only 22 y.o. and using those type of harsh ass substances at those doses. Read the stickys in the beggining. You could be in for a world of hurt. What is your cycle experience? Is this the first one????
