    First cypinate cycle

    He guys I am 27yo 190lb 10% bf

    I going to begin a cypionate cycle at 250 mg E3D and I have arimidex but I not sure the how much I have to take pct nolvadex I can get clomid but is necesary and in how kong I wilk be able to see any visual change with the test I will run it for 12 weeks

    How long you is your cycle?
    Arimidex can be taken 0.5 eod.
