Hi I,m some what new to taking this stuff.. known all about it but just started using, I'm taking anavar ! any suggestions for use?
Im 39 years old. a Certified Personal Trainer (My Career) . I train seriously, I weight 175 I,m about 5'2 Never used AAS! I eat well, I know everything about supplementation.

i personally would never use anavar alone. But 60-80mg ed for 8 weeks and then pct

The dosage gixxerboy posted is correct aswell as a proper PCT you should use a testosterone base, testosterone enanthate would be a good choice for a first cycle.

Welcome to the site,
dont do what your told. take everything with a grain of salt here. there's a lot of great info/people n a lot of not-s. your best bet to learn is thru the education threads n stickys. n then confirm/critique with the members. take it easy, do things right the first time, etc etc. but i really can't stress the reading part.
as for your post. test is testosterone. n for a beginner a long ester is recommended. just about every cycle should have test in it. and always follow with pct. as for anavar, when you get there, 50-100mgs total spread evenly throughout the day is moderate.

Just started.. first week, I have a bottle of test and pct on its way to me
Should run a simple test only cycle, 12 weeks, 500mg a week, x2 pins of 250mg a week. this sound like something your interested in?
so anavar is not good to start of with at first?
what do you mean by x2 pins of 250mg a week

Not sure what your sayi g about getting a bottle of test then cause test has to be pinned and it comes in vials,amps,or satches. There's no way around pinning test.... it looks like you have a awesome natural build and I will say prob for the first time on here that it looks like your actually ready for aas and would prob benefit greatly from it imho...
