    Best time to work out after pinning?

    IS there such a thing? I read on some other site you should work out 2hrs after pinning... I read through quite a few other threads on that site and decided that there where more dumb ****s on that site then ppl that actually know what they where talking about.. so I figured I'd bring it here to get an educated answer...

    if its your first time pinning, go for a glute pin, just make sure your not doing legs that day or within the next few days, because from what iv heard pinning virgin tissue can be a b*tch! haha

    I just pinned my 5th 250mg.. 3rd week of cycle.. I have stuck to my shoulders this far with little to no pain. My question was more directed to the effects of the pin not the pain from the location..

    Iv never pinned before but id assume the component that your pinning wont come into effect until hours/days later?

    If your pinning Test iv heard that people usually feel the gear kicking in after week 5? If that helps?

    Ya I'm aware of that.. And it's proven to be true so far. I was more concerned with can I work out right after pinning should I wait a bit.. I can only assume that test levels are more pronounced after reloading.. Then at the end of the 3.5 day break..

    Nah, pinning timing isn't really a factor with long esters.

    Unless it gives you a psychological pump for the gym.

    Only time pinning timing would be a factor is if you were using a really short, like suspension.

    Depends what test you are running, if you take sustonon for example you will get and instant boasts from the prop however if you are taking a long ester then the answer is no ;-)

    Prop will not give an instant boost. It takes days for the ester to break down, not seconds.

    It could be a placebo effect though if you care to try
