In my experience the natural diuretics such as dandelion, green tea, caffeine, cranberry etc don't really do anything for bloat from AAS usage.

You need something that combats the problem causing the bloat (estrogen), not the symptom itself.

I would recommend using an AI and keeping your water intake high. Also keep sodium intake to a minimum and don't go overboard with carbs.

I used it leading up to my first bb comp. I didn't really notice to much from it. I was definitely peeing out a lot of fluid, but I had been adjusting my water intake to come dry. I dont reccomend them.

i've used a wide variety of natural and herbal supplements throughout my life simply to try and keep my body in balance. indonesian tongkat ali, dandelions, coconuts, green tea etc and i think they all have some benefits however i'd never rely on any of them to keep up with hormonal changes brought on by the use of aas. just my 2 satang.
