    Help!

Hi everyone. I am very new to the whole stacking and using gear scene. Currently I am taking 300 test P per week and fixing to start taking 50 var starting tomorrow. I'm also taking 1000 hcg with a aromatizer. Since starting the gear I've started retaining some water. Any thoughts? Stats are 5'9, 215lbs, and roughly 18-20%. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've been in the gym for roughly 15+ yrs so I'm no gym dummie just not very knowledge able with gear. The gear I'm getting is from a pharmacy that a hrt set me up with. Thank You!

Your BF% is high to be cycling. How much of your AI are you taking?

It's not abnormal to retain water on test. Your diet an monitoring your sodium intake can assist. How is your diet?

I think my diet is pretty tight. I have oatmeal and 3 eggs for breakfast, snack is a shake with a handful of almonds, lunch is usually fish with 3 more eggs. I always have a post recovery shake after working out. I just recently started a no salt diet unless I have too. Drinking green tea throughout the day. Do you see anything I need to change?

Everyone thinks their diet is good. That is until our diet section picks it apart. So post your diet in the diet section w/macros.Some people do have a problem with bloat on cycle. You should be using a ai like Adex to help with this. Also your bf is high another reason your diet isnt right.

Are you drinking enough water? It helps me to flush the extra fluid if I am cycling water through me all the time.

I didn't see your water intake. Make sure you get massive water throughout the day. Hormone fluctuations can increase water retention as well as not getting enough water. A lot of people assume a lot of water makes you retain but it has the opposite effect. Lack of water tells your body to hold onto it when it gets it. Drinks plenty of h2o. That will reduce retention. Also the sauna is great but drink up.
