    I keep getting spasms/pumps whenever I work my glutes. 1st cycle of sus and winny

    Hi, im taking winny 50mg per day and sus 250 one shot per week.

    Every time I work my glutes I get spasms in the muscle so much so I now can't work my glutes, it feel like I've pulled a mussel but after five mins or so the pain goes away. I've read that people tend to get this when taking Dbol , im wondering if I've been sold Dbol as winny? Im also suffering from water retention which is also not supposed to happen when on winny! The winny is in pro chem packaging with a silver sticker on it, the pills are blue, can any of you tell me what you think?

    I get the same way on winny. Make sure you are drinking a gallon plus of water a day. Also I would look into supplementing some Taurine/Potassium if you're experiencing spasms and cramps.

    I get this to on leg days, small spasms in my glutes. I just stay hydrated and keep my diet clean and it doesn't become an issue.

    Oh it's good to know I'm not alone lol it got thinking cause I've heard of spasm from Dbol but not so winny, I will look into buying some potassium thanks, do you mean potassium salt or pills?

    Potassium pills, you should be getting enough in your diet (I'm not sure what your diets like.)

    I would focus more on getting a gallon+ water a day and supplementing L-Taurine and see how that goes for you. Your water consumption will be the most important factor. My spasms are better or worse depending on my water intake!

    I drink a fair bit of water, also drink alot of green tea. But I will take your advice and up my intake of H2O Think my water retention is alittle from the sides and maybe from my increase in carbs, my diet is 40% carbs 40% pro and 20% fat 2800 cals that's a 400 cal surplus. It's working out ok I've gained 12lb in two weeks, alot of that's water tho I think.
