Trt and var

Hi guys yes I'm new in here lol
41 yrs old
5'10
190lb
15% bf
Training full on for circa 2 yrs

This is purely a research question those are my stats currently and I'm still cutting hoping to get to around 12% or even lower
I've just started testogel on TRT but I was going to do my first cycle early next year I was going to do test e 12 weeks then pct or at least that was the plan lol
I have to now rethink I was just wondering if :-
1- I should wait to see how I respond to the gel and maybe increase dosage between bloods
2- run a short 4 week cycle of var early next year between bloods more to the point CAN I run var with TRT

i would get your trt all set first. the gel may not work well for you. you may need injections. i would wait till you on a set schedule.

Cheers for that gixxer I was kinda thinking that well tbh I'm hoping to pin but who knows the gel may do it but from what I've read most end up either on cyp or as is the case with most in the uk nebido but like you say I'll be best to get the TRT set first and foremost

Hi guys at the moment in just researching ideas for a cycle WHEN my trt is "dialled in"
I'm currently cutting and I know this sounds like a contradiction in terms but here goes
I'm at 16% bf now fro 30+ but have plateaud
So if I use var for say a quick 4 weeks will this give me lower bf and more lbm?
I'm also looking at t3 or eca my current stats

Ok so I wonders why no feed back and then read and re read threads about anavar......
A stupid mistake I know I should've read these first
But I'm still confused well I'm con fused easily lol
This I think us what I will do

Week 1 40mg anavar ed split into 2 20mg doses
Weeks 2-4 up to 60 mg ed split into 2 30mg doses

Pls don't forget I am on trt so I don't think I'll need pct but pls pls pls correct me if I'm wrong
And my base is test

Is this ok I want to come down to around 10%bf or even lower 7-8% would b great but I want to look fuller and ripped

Personally i wont run less then 60mg's for a male. Also i noticed better results running 60 mg's all at once. Anything higher 80,90,100 id spilt into to doses.

Get your TRT setup then once you are dialed in you can add in var for 6 weeks at 60mg. Everything else is going to come down to your diet. So hire a coach or nutritionist or do the research yourself and get a solid diet. That is what is going to lose the weight and add LBM.

My diet is on point as in I'm still on it for at least another 45 days and yes I've done the research all I'm asking for is when I'm ready which is my best route and what could I do
I think it's called research and correct me if i'm wrong but by asking people in the know is how you do research and just in case your wondering as you've not read all the thread I've gone from 30+ bf to 15.9 and lost around 20lb all this with research and help from the diet gurus so I don't think I need a nutritionist or a coach all I want is info about the area I'm looking at to plan ahead as to what I want to do

Var will be useless if you are 16% bf. When you get to 12% or less then you can use var. But for weightloss just keep doing what you are doing. That is great work 30 down to 16. Good job.

I don't wanna use it yet I just wanna either stock pile it or see where I'm going to go next
