    soar joint

    So i hurt my elbow doing dead lifts last week and it is still killing me. Super tender while doing hammer curls today. I avoided doing dead lifts and waited till the end of my week to work out my arms and it is still tender. Could it be the test or the ai im taking... or did I really **** it up? I have been putting a heating pad on it at night to help but dont want to loose the progress on my training..

    Sorry bro get out the ice pack. Elbows are tough ice it after each work out and lighten up......

    Gixx is right. More likely a strain, however, as an aside it is worthy to note that estrogen does in fact provide anti-inflammatory properties and in the absence of estrogen due to chemical suppression, disease, or aging, you can experience arthralgia in joints. This is why many post menopausal women can experience RA with age. The same can occur if you suppress your estrogen too much, although this does not appear to be the case here.

    Thx guys.. I have an off day tomorrow then legs so I'll go easy on it and just ice it down going forward.. It sucks ass!
