Yes or no?
Hey guys question, i read that some body people do a cycle then take 4 weeks off then start again now what I was curious about is do these guys do any sort of pct or there is no point because they will be doing a cycle so close together.

That's generally not the protocol followed around here. Most do an equal amount of time off cycle as they did on cycle starting the off cycle time after PCT is concluded.

They were probably referring to blasting and cruising.

Most guys who do this sort of thing will run a low dose of test during the 4wks. Normally a TRT level or at least close to it. I know some guys who will come off for a few wks like this and won't run anything, no test and no PCT. It's not the end of the world and shouldn't have any long-term negative effect. Running a PCT would be pointless in this case. To stimulate natural production only to immediately shut it down again is counterproductive.

You're going to have long-term effects of a suppression nature regardless of using a PCT or not, and yes, it's a good way to end up on TRT. It's also a choice some people make based on what they want to achieve. The mentality of those that think their time on equals time off thing is superior is bullshit IMO. It revolves around goals and willing risk to get to those goals.
