    first timer needing advice

    Anadrol 250 & sus, is what I'm considering doing if all advice is good. I'm 6 '4 285lbs lifting for 2+ months. Along with lot of cardio, I use to be these numbers but more muscular.after a motorcycle wreck I lost a lot of weight,I gained it back but nothow I was, my arms was 19,5 now 17.5 and half the strength. I want it back. All and more. Thanks for reading.

    First, you need to spend more time in the gym and build a solid base before you even consider steroids.
    Start by hitting the diet section and posting your diet and goal. They'll be able to help you get your diet on track. Without a solid diet, steroids will do little or nothing and whatever gains you get will be lost once off cycle.
    Do more research on cycles, while building your base. Fist cycle should be test only.

    And research I will, and is what I'm doing now, I should have stated that I'm not completly out of shape, I have a fastpaced, hard working job, just little extra in mid section, but agreed I need to work on my base. I will read about that lestata. Thanks

    It's not just about being in shape. Some of the best exercises you can do can cause potentially serious injuries if done wrong. You need to learn and perfect your form. If you can afford it, a trainer can be a huge help.

    Sounds like you want to cut body fat. Hit the diet section and post your diet. The guys in there will get you on the right track and you'll be surprised at the results from just learning to eat right.
