    This is 2nd week started my 12 week course of test 400 pct nova.



    What do you think?

    ok thankyou i have uploaded them.

    I know i may not be in perfect shape yet but im giving it my all. training hard everyday i have lost 6% body fat since ive started hitting it hard.

    I wil update this post when i have reached the 12th week. thanks

    What's your BF %? Seems a bit high to start a cycle. But could be the camera tricking my eye.

    haha about square head lol . my body fat is 16.3% which i thought was ok for cycle? as im still eating clean and training hard so my BF is going down slowly.

    I wouldlt stop the cycle now anyway. i would just see the results and work from their

    You should have tried to get it down to 10 - 12% before you started, but as you have already started, make sure you are constantly on the look out for gyno related sides.

    You don't really need to get that low, although 12 is perfect for cycling, but 15 would suffice. My concern is how OP calculated this. The pictures are certainly higher than 16.3

    Yes i am always on the look out for ichy nips (gyno)

    And you ask how i calculated? at my gym their is a machiene which you stand on and grip some handles.

    It does weight, height, bf, bm.


    My height is : 5' 7.7 Or 1.72m
    My weight is: 13st 6lb

    And sorry my mistake the receipt thing says 17.3 bf %

    nice so im thinkin of startin my first cycle im 25yrs 200lb 5'11 19% bf

    is it a good idea to do just test for 12 weeks 500mg a week tue and fri each 250mg
    and 2 weeks of pct

    any feedbak would b great!!

    Make your own thread. Dont hijack. and 19% bf is to high they would say.

    I got mine down to 17% but still bit to high.

    is it too high? explain why cycling above 15% body fat is wrong. Ronnie says this is bro science and i tend to agree with him on the matter. Especially the effect test has on fat loss in males.

    does test have a good effect on fat loss then? that may be the reason these past 2 weeks my fat % has dropped by 2% so around 1 % per week.

    yes anabolics due have fat burning qualities. but u also work harder/burn more on gear cuz u give it that extra mental umph, I'm sure uve also cleaned ur diet a bit..

    Yes i have cut all rubbish out my diet and i try to eat 4-5 balanced meals daily along with 2 protein shakes.

    I eat alot of fruit veg and meat.

    Before i would eat what ever i wanted which is where i was failing and gaining the wrong weight.

    Im going all the way now for next summer so i have plenty of time to work hard.



    Everyone is saying they can see the difference in my body from before i started gym again to now... which makes me smile and the % of bf is still dropping..

    although i have lost shape my pecs are gone how can i get them back? is their any specific tips to do when working chest? thanks

    Thanks mate. i am currently on 3rd jab tomorrow only at 1mil a week? should i up this? thanks

    Or should i do 1mil monday and 1 mil friday weeks 3-16

    still really working hard on the biceps and chest though. i have some fat around my lower chest so trying to smoothen that out. will take some time and effort :P
