haha about square head lol . my body fat is 16.3% which i thought was ok for cycle? as im still eating clean and training hard so my BF is going down slowly.
I wouldlt stop the cycle now anyway. i would just see the results and work from their

It does weight, height, bf, bm.
My height is : 5' 7.7 Or 1.72m
My weight is: 13st 6lb

is it too high? explain why cycling above 15% body fat is wrong. Ronnie says this is bro science and i tend to agree with him on the matter. Especially the effect test has on fat loss in males.
does test have a good effect on fat loss then? that may be the reason these past 2 weeks my fat % has dropped by 2% so around 1 % per week.
Yes i have cut all rubbish out my diet and i try to eat 4-5 balanced meals daily along with 2 protein shakes.
I eat alot of fruit veg and meat.
Before i would eat what ever i wanted which is where i was failing and gaining the wrong weight.
Im going all the way now for next summer so i have plenty of time to work hard.
Everyone is saying they can see the difference in my body from before i started gym again to now... which makes me smile and the % of bf is still dropping..
although i have lost shape my pecs are gonehow can i get them back? is their any specific tips to do when working chest? thanks
